Fortinos Hamilton Centennial

I can see that great customer service is still a feature of Hamilton. Shannon it was who was excellent in helping finding some great ingredients. Fortinos has great variety and freshness at top shelf quality and fair prices. Yes, I've shopped at other Fortinos. I'll be back. They are also conveniently located.

Eastgate Fortinos is the best fortinos location. All the staff is always so pleasant.

In particular, Kerri-Ann in the flower department is the best florist I have had the pleasure to meet. She is always consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time.

The other staff, Sophia was very nice too.

i don't shop at fortinos-eastgate much anymore because i have moved from the east end to downtown back in 2007, so i do my shopping more at dundurn and occasionally at mall road.

fortinos is not cheap however you get what you pay for, and the selection of items is top notch.

i stopped in recently and not much has changed. the tenets of quality meats and produce, sparkling clean aisles, great selection of grocery items and a european ambiance continue to this day. the also have a nice hot food section along with hot and cold drinks. the store itself is modern and in excellent condition.

i personally knew staff from the past and most have them have either retired or moved on to other locations. when i do go in i find the staff overall to be polite and friendly.

true story, back in 2009 i lost my wallet in the store. i filed a police report and the station recommended me to go to fortinos since that was the last place i had my wallet with me. after backchecking with fortinos staff they had it in possession. everything was returned to me intact.

bottom line: i would recommend fortinos-eastgate to others, and would use the store again if i was in the area.

Noodle bar at this location is a lot better than others. Tasty food with good portions, friendly staff and quick!

Staff new exactly where stock was, and even brought some from storage for me. Pleasant exchange at checkout was quick too.

Great sandwich and pizza bar. Everyday specials and very nice staff.

This place is like one stop solution for all your needs. Need grocery, you got it, need flowers, food, bakery, sea food, etc. they've got everything. The prices are generally higher than what others have to offer.

It was a delight walking from one end of the mall up to fortinos

love this grocery store. even though some of the prices of some items may be a little higher, the selection is better than the competition. always fresh and am able to find more things here than other grocery stores. cashiers are always fast and friendly.

Got Birthday cake at the Bakery for my daughter 🙂 It was a Minecraft theme..The Baker done an excellent job, everyone enjoyed the 🎂

Stopped by to get the usual and noticed T bones on sale. Wow perfect size and the butcher trimmed like he was making art for my plate. Awesome service!
