Shop at this store at least 2x a week. Better produce !!! Could be cheaper elsewhere but not the quality!!!Nice staff in the fish department✔(sorry no names) same as the produce( Chad). In the meat department the tall man who brings out a lot of the stuff has been very helpful on many occasions.For anything floral see Nadia and of course Andy the owner is kind and personable. They will always make things right. Keep up the good work✔✔

Over the weekend I went to this Fortinos location and I have to say what excellent customer service the deli department has. I had a young girl slice my deli meat for me and she always asked if it was cut to my liking. What a fantastic job fortinos.

Great customer service, Not gonna say its very expensive, but it has variety and do not know, why, But I always feel relaxed while I am in the store, may be they have different settings than other big stores out there, moreover, most of the in-store associate do have different energy and are passionate about their work, that gives you positive vibes. It always gives the experience that I am out there for shopping, not for groceries.

It is my favourite place to do my grocery shopping. Plenty of free parking, great customer service, fabulous food (porchetta and onion rings are THE BEST).

Prices a a bit higher than other groceries stores but the experience and variety of products compensate the price.

I am an avocado 🥑 lover and I can say their avocados are VERY good (similar to Costco).

They have such a nice area of flowers and accessories. There is a small Presidents Choice Financial branch as well.

Picked up some chili con carne and freshly made turkey kale soup. The personnel were fantastic super helpful. Then picked up a coffee at the coffee counter and enjoyed a little laugh with the coffee server. Made for a great day.

I just wanted to write a quick compliment to the young lady working in your floral department on the morning of Wed, October 5, 2022. She was very helpful in assisting me with selecting sunflowers and creating a beautiful Thanksgiving bouquet for our table this weekend. The bouquet looks and smells stunning, and I'm sure will impress all who see it. Her pleasant demeanor, helpful advice, and courteous smile exemplify Customer Service. Your Pane Fresco Catering….what can I say…such a pleasant experience dealing with Sue over the phone and in person.The food was hot when we received it for Thanksgiving Saturday weekend. The pizzas just came out of the oven while we were there and were a hit. Got the chicken parm, mashed potatoes, lasagna, stuffed peppers,broccoli, and garden salad home and the family was very happy with the taste,quality, etc. The strawberry shortcake was light and fresh. I’m sure we will be ordering from Fortino’s Pane Fresco again! Great job to all involved in making our family meal special and memorable.

Gloria and Nadia helped us with funeral arrangements. They worked so hard and fast to make it quickly for us as we only had 15 minutes they were so helpful and nice. They truly saved the day!!!!

My go to grocery, everything I need.. staff is very personable and helpful.. love the bakery , beer and wine for convenience...

I love shopping at this location after getting the rest of my Eastgate errands completed. It is well laid out, clean, and offers a huge selection of food and home items, including Joe Fresh apparel, small home appliances, and dining room decor. The staff are courteous and polite, and the customer service desk staff will call a cab on your behalf (and note the exact door at which to meet your driver).

Shopping malls can be hectic, with long lines and impatient customers at times, but this experience was really great for an anxious guy.

I come here when I need meat, they have a decent butcher counter that always gets me what I need. They have a decent wine/beer aisle as well.

First time in the store. I was amazed at the size and found it easy to navigate, friendly staff as well

This FORTINOS is my absolute favorite location, mainly because it's a traffic light away From my house & the pizza is always fresh they are continuously selling so they are always make pizza, the staff is happy & you can tell by their customer service is EXCELLENT!!!!

I work nearby and it is so convenient that it opens at 7. Everyone in every department is just so very friendly. Even at 7 in the morning! Great people, great service!

We love going to Fortinos because we love the Pane Fresco offerings. The pizza can compare with the best pizzas in the region.

Clean store. Big store with groceries not clothing and house hold things. Just food and I like that.

Don't shop on an empty stomach. So many great departments of delicious food. Pick different slices of pizza to create your own pizza

Store is very clean well laid out . Pizza is fantastic along with noodles .

I ordered a cake from the bakery and they did an awesome job making it look like I envisioned. Thank you. It looked nice and tasted even better.
