Vesuvius Cafe

We really enjoyed biking from the main town area over to the Vesuvius harbor area. There are not many businesses nearby, so we were thrilled to find this local cafe. The coffee was nice, and after lots of biking, the grilled sandwiches were the perfect lunch. If you’re in the area or waiting in the ferry line, definitely make this a stop on your itinerary. Cozy cafe serving up quick treats before the ferry. I had an avocado tomato breakfast sandwich... Delicious and price was right. The staff even hurried it so I wouldn't miss the ferry! Service with a smile. Thanks guys!

Such a cozy and atmospheric place! We stopped by here on our bikes during our trip around Salt Spring, and this was the perfect place to grab a quick bite and relax. Lovely interior, people, and of course, dog. Would totally recommend this cafe.

This place just opened and it’s so cute! The owner was really kind and rushed so we’d make our ferry. The chocolate quinoa cake was delish!
