I am far from an easy buyer to work with, I was hounding Mark day and night and he was consistently attentive to the stresses that we were under, getting precise answers to questions, running every odd scenario that we came up with, doing last minute viewings, background info, comparisons... you name it. We found a beautiful home and helped us make the right bid for our budget and we managed to get it even against over a dozen other bids. It took three different attempts on properties, but he never wavered and was always honest about opportunities and the outlook. He didn't let us panic and buy something unsuitable when we easily could have.
