Very comfortable hotel. Beds are excellent and there are a lot of dining options near by. Very convenient for a lot of the major routes and the highway.

Great service at good price. Room service was excellent and all the staff are very caring and polite. Quality of breakfast was really good. Had stayed in many hotel in the past, but this is the best i have :)

Staff was amazing. Room was nice. It was noisy as there were a lot of children running in and around the hotel. We could also hear our upstairs neighbours stomping around....but that was probably due to their footwear or walking heavy...the hotel is not at fault for those issues.

Nothing to complain about besides the unfortunate of having loud people beside and above us. But the hotel it self is good.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, internet worked fast (very important as we know) Breakfast was good too. The property is priced right. That certainly helps.

Great easy check in. Pool was great for kids. Breakfast was fantastic each day and we really enjoyed it. Rooms were very clean and staff were extremely helpful and polite. Definitely huge value for your money. We just stayed at a different chain in another city after we left and they didn't even come close to meeting the high standards set here. We will stay here every time were in town.

This hotel is a good spot as we are from Calgary and don’t want to drive to Edmonton and drive back on the same day. It was 117 dollars for a hotel for 2 couples. Clean and they provide a lot of extras for booking with them, Bottles of water, free breakfast, wifi. Etc, recommend.

• The facility, room and bathroom is very clean and well maintained.
• Ample bath towels provided without additional request to front desk.
• Bed and bedding are super comfortable.
• Rooms are typical size but with surplus of power outlets for several tablet and phone chargers.
• Plenty of free parking.
• Close to many eateries and several are within walking distance.
• Complimentary coffee is of above average quality.

Con's
• Typical complimentary breakfast bar but nice to have for quick eats.
• Honors app with room key did not work😓. Used regular room card.

It’s the best hotel to stay interns of everything considered by any traveler’s. For example Price, Quality of Service, Safety, Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast, Cleanliness, Amenities, Vehicle Parking, Booking online is easy etc. I always look for this hotel availability wherever I travel in Canada & US.

We were very happy with our stay. We were in town for a soccer tournament and got a nice group discount. Breakfast had lots of choices for hot and cold. All the staff were friendly. We were able to make use of the gym and pool facilities. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience. The night manager was very friendly and extremely helpful.

I used the digital key but was unable to access my room. I went down to the front desk and he gave me a new key and at this point I assumed he would send me back upstairs solo. -Thinking in my head “great if this doesn’t work I’m gonna have to come back down here”, but no; he said “here’s the key and I’m gonna come with you just to make sure it works “.

Most managers would not take the time. I wish I would’ve got his name so I could mention him specifically. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Super friendly! Convenient location to the Saville Centre for our basketball tournament. Absolutely well priced with complimentary breakfast and pool! Great all around!

Have stayed several times, and look forward to each visit. Comfy beds and a delicious breakfast, every time, are two things that bring us back. Super easy to find and great access to the rest of the city, with lots of amenities close by.

This Hotel is kept clean and I loved the room I rented out for my birthday (coffee and tea included and sink and garbage bins strategically located in the room). Bonus- they do set-up and take-down of the tables and chairs. Staff were friendly and helpful too. One other thing I appreciated the most are the free pant-liners in the ladies bathroom, more like "we got you girl!" Kinda vibe 😁👍

Booked a few nights with some friends and Jayson, the front desk person who checked us in was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were settled in ok. We were also offered water and treats for our stay so that was pleasant. The rooms were very clean, affordable rate, and complimentary breakfast. I'll definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality of the staff is unparalleled. Our car broke down just before we headed out of Edmonton and we had to extend our stay. The staff went above and beyond for us, assisted us with all the perishables we had on us, helped us with an extension on our checkout and were just so pleasant to deal with during a stressful time. Also, the cleaners are so hardworking. Its evident. Five/five recommend!

We stayed here for a week while attending an out of town wedding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was great and the daily breakfast was amazing. Also they had free laundry which was a huge plus. Excellent hotel!!

Amazing rooms! I highly suggest the king studio suite. The Hilton Team is absolutely wonderful and always quick to respond to calls or requests. Easy check in and top quality service. The cleanliness is outstanding!
