My concern is with getting professional customer service, anyone can sell you an awesome vehicle, but the customer service is what makes me recommend this dealership at 1310 101 ST SW Edmonton.
Today I was really impressed, from the moment I entered the building, explaining my issue to the service manager, the tech who worked on my car and the person who took my payment, they all extended professional customer service to me.
So to put it simply.., if you really appreciate great customer service, this is the place to go for sure.

I recently bought my first vehicle in Capital and it was really perfect and I had great experience with Mo he was so kind, responsible, patient, professional and helpful I really appreciate it. Furthermore, on pick-up day ,although, I went one day sooner but Mo made it ready for me. In addition, today I hade problem with my car adjustment and ,although, he was off today but came to dealership for me and fixed it. In conclusion, I severely recommend Capital dealership and Mo as adviser for purchasing vehicle.

I purchased a 2023 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk seven days ago. I was originally looking at a Grand Cherokee but after careful consideration, my salesperson, Mauricio suggested that all the options I was looking for were available in the Cherokee. This would afford me better gas mileage but still be spacious so my family wasn't cramped.

It took several days for me to make a decision and many options were presented to me. I knew I hated the vehicle I was currently driving but I wasn't able to pull the pin on a new one. I was also frightened of a massive monthly car payment. However, Mauricio spent several hours with me and helped me to purchase a vehicle I absolutely love with a payment I can afford. He was patient, kind, compassionate, and empathetic. He never tried to up-sell me or get me to purchase something I didn't need. He went to bat for me and truly advocated for me. I never once felt like I was being rushed into anything and I certainly never felt coerced into making a decision. Although there were a few unexpected hiccups along the way and I was unsure I would end up with a new vehicle, Mauricio took it in stride and patiently waited for me to make whatever decision I was most comfortable with.

Despite that I have test driven every mid-size SUV, Jeep was my favorite. However, it was the people who made my experience so memorable and they will absolutely have a customer for life. I doubt I will ever go anywhere else now and I can without a doubt, say that Mauricio will still know my name and remember me when I go the Capital in five years to purchase my next Jeep Cherokee.

Thank you for changing the way car sales is done and breaking that mold. In all the vehicles I have purchased over the years, this experience was definitely the best.

Wow! The service department absolutely crushed it for me!

Called for an appointment on the Monday and got in the very next day. Dropped off in the morning and got a call before dinner telling me it was ready to go.

Melissa was so communicative and kind, from booking my appointment to answering questions and calling me for pickup, I was very impressed with the efficiency of my jeeps service.

Steff was a wonderful shuttle driver as well, I appreciated the ride home in the snow

After being so worried about a recurring issue, they fixed it nice and easy and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg either 👌

2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude Ecodiesel. Brought the vehicle in for a recall for High Pressure Pump replacement. Was met by Patrick who is one of the service writers. He explained the procedure & approximately how long it would take to complete the job. Texted me when vehicle was ready. Upon picking up vehicle staff assured me I shouldn’t encounter any further issues with updated pressure pump. All staff was smiling, happy, helpful in answering all my questions & concerns. A pleasure to deal with. 😊

I just bought a 2023 jeep grande Cherokee from Vanessa king. I can’t say enough great things about her! She went above and beyond to get me into my dream vehicle. We looked at 2 online.
