My recent stay at TownePlace Suites South Edmonton left a lasting impression of exceptional hospitality and flexibility. As a part of a hockey team, we were in need of a space to expend our energy, and the hotel graciously accommodated us, providing a suitable area for our activities.

Moreover, their willingness to squeeze us in for a late checkout with just a few hours' notice was greatly appreciated, showcasing their commitment to ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience for their guests.

One aspect that stood out was the efficiency of the staff. They were incredibly fast at fulfilling our requests, whether it was bringing additional towels or providing garbage bags. Their promptness added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay.

Above all, the staff members were not only professional but also remarkably friendly and caring. Their warm demeanor and attentiveness made us feel valued and welcomed throughout our time at the hotel.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic.

After another area hotel's accommodations were not up to what they advertised, we found this hotel 5 minutes away and significantly better.

They were able to accommodate our last minute check in and room needs perfectly.

The rooms are very clean and spacious.

The included breakfast is fantastic, and the pool is great as well.

Palak, and the other front desk staff are very friendly and hospitable.

They are wonderful representatives of the hotel and we will be sure to stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying here for three nights and were very impressed. In total we had three rooms as there were six of us . One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it fulfilled our various needs as one of the rooms needed to be Accessible and one had to be pet friendly. The hotel was spotless! Every single staff member, including the Manager greeted us with a smile on their face and a friendly word every time we passed them by. The breakfast menu varied each day and was delicious! The breakfast room was immaculate and was looked after by two very friendly staff members who always greeted us with a smile and treated us like family. Super nice hotel that was obviously very well run. The location of the hotel was very convenient with ample free parking. We most certainly will be staying here next time we are in Edmonton.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend. The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and very professional. The continental breakfast was great as well. 10/10 will visit again and recommend to everyone.

Our 3 night stay turned into 6 nights due to extreme cold weather.the location was perfect, the staff were very efficient, our room was just what we needed with full kitchen and the king size bed was super comfortable. Our request for extra blankets was instantly met. Shout out to Michele the manager for helping us with the dead battery and getting us on the road. Also to Raul?who gave us a boost, Tanu in the breakfast room which was amazing and Parminder in housekeeping.
Definitely would stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel with my two Great Danes . The staff were so friendly and welcome OG my two dogs! Loved the kitchens in the rooms and Netflix on the tvs. The beds were comfy and the hotel was clean. I love have they have bbqs outside and smaller appliances you can use while you stay there. Will be back again

I’ve been here a little over a month now and every morning I come downstairs to have breakfast, first note it’s an extremely clean place. But one thing I genuinely enjoy here is the downstairs breakfast host, his name is David and he’ll always be hustling around and just happy to be working at the hotel. He’ll do his best to make you smile and laugh in the morning, he loves talking and he’s a real honest person. I overheard his assistant manager giving him problems for what I personally think every hotel manager should want, great reviews and hard working people that customers enjoy having around. If all staff did this you’d have an impeccable reputation that businesses enjoy. So anyone coming to stay here you’ll most definitely enjoy your stay and these 5 stars are for the attitudes of people who work here! Keep rocking David

Excellent customer service from Palak and Neelam. They helped during a difficult transition from another hotel and managed to accommodate us on a last minute late night request. Would definitely come back to this lovely hotel and breakfast buffet

So glad I stayed here again. Was worried by some reviews but I had a great experience. The staff was very accommodating and helpful whenever I asked questions or needed assistance. Highly recommend and I will be back!

Surprised me with a food gift pack for my birthday! Was a lovely surprise and very thoughtful indeed. Above and beyond personalizing the stay while been also very professional.
Very thoughtful indeed without even asking allocated us on high floor as quite as possible! It’s like she knew how important our sleep is for our visit and event tomorrow!

Room is amazing good,clean and new. Almost a full-size kitchen. But the stove doesn't work very well, it took me an hour to make instant noodles.
I wish they can clean the pool better, and fix the spa of the hut tub.
They don't have many selections for breakfast, but the food's quality is better than most 3star hotel. However, there's only rotten orange for fruit section.
And they offer a BBQ patio, looks really nice.

Great experience on my first night. Welcomed at the front desk with a beautiful smile. Rooms are functional and the hotel is next to my place of business for the week.

The hotel is pretty average. The kitchen knife (one only) was dull that we couldn't cut the carrots we harvested from a garden. Asked for another one, and never came. Because we were right next to the exit on the main floor, we could hear the door banging as it closed...

The reason it got a five start is the amazing guy (David??) in the breakfast section that made our stay most enjoyable. I would say he made the entire stay worth it. He went above and beyond with the guests by teaching them how to use the waffle iron. He is what industry call great user experience. We stay for the breakfast, left for the stay...

A newer hotel that is clean and well priced for business travel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is a nice touch. Only downside is the in-room heating/cooling fan is really loud when it activates so it disrupts sleep. Good location also.

I stayed Towne place suites with my family for couple of days . It was great experience .Rooms were beautiful ,well maintained and have big kitchen.We really thanks to Maintenance Guy Sukhpal. He helped us a lot at the property.He is Knowledgeable Guy .We saw ,he greeted guests with beautiful smile and asked for any kind of service related to maintenance issues. Everyone Was So happy from him .Pool and Spa were amazing working very well.Nice Gym in the hotel. Breakfast guy David also helping a lot to all guests in the morning .I personally thanks to GM Miss Yogita for making our stay beautiful.

I have been in this hotel since around mid August and found it so great. The staff are so friendly and attentive. Most importantly the guy who serves breakfast is so attentive looks so clean, and gentleman he really has a great service mentality. I hope he will be a top place in his future career. Shortly I had great time in the hotel. #Baya_man

Mr. Sukhpal and Ms.Neelam always greet with a smile and have always helped me with everything i need. They are very helpful and friendly its always good to talk to them. They make sure the guests are comfortable and happy during their stay. Will always recommend this place to other people.

We were a family of 3 plus a dog. Evacuees from Yellowknife. Our room was great, clean. The bathroom had a few hand prints on the ceiling, door and glass shower door. We had a kitchenette which we needed more cutlery for. I left salt and pepper shakers for the next guests.
The staff were polite and helpful. Most did not speak English, so made it hard to communicate needs for new towels, toilet paper etc. This is a barrier and should be addressed by management, English courses would be helpful.
The pool and hottub were a great reprieve from the day of stress.
One thing which could be improved, the computer to use in the lobby only allows a total of 25 minutes use. You definitely can not do any work on it, nor write multiple emails before it kicks you off.
Breakfast was ok. No restaurant in the hotel. Ample parking, laundry available behind front desk at $2 a load and a small fitness room.
I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Palak took great care of me. I needed a hot bath at the end of a long work day and she made sure I had a tub that could accommodate my height. Thank you Palak!
