Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton Gateway

The rooms were large and comfortable, very clean and serviced nicely. Decent fitness area, pool and hot tub. However, the hot tub was not working for the week I was there. The room I selected has a jetted tub as well for a moderate price increase. There is a great restaurant attached that is open until midnight during the week and 2:00am Friday and Saturday, but does not offer room service because it is not affiliated with the hotel. Coffee mugs and wine glassed would be a nice addition to the room. The underground parking is a huge plus during the winter.

I really like this hotel. Close proximity to the airport. The check-in is always very quick, and the front desk staff are helpful and courteous. The rooms are big, the beds are very comfortable and they all have a fridge and microwave. For me, the microwave is a big advantage as I like to bring a lot of my own meal prepped food with me on the road. Normally I have to either go looking for a microwave or ask to have one brought to my room. The fitness facility is basic, but it's clean and not crowded or cluttered. There is also a nice indoor pool and hot tub (I never ise these at any hotel), but they look clean and well maintained...good for the kids for sure. They offer free coffee in the morning in the lobby with to go cups, and there is a good restaurant/bar attached to the lobby. There are also a lot of other restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience stores within walking distance. This hotel is always quiet at night and I have always had a good rest when I stay here.

Stayed for three nights. The rooms were clean, warm, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always available and with a good menu.

Not only is this a comfy hotel with great employees, they also have amazing food in their restaurant, Central Social Hall! Fun facts and sports on the TVs, and the best eggs benny to start your Edmonton adventures!

Stayed here for business. Clean, fresh, excellent service, great south side location. Would definitely stay again. Spacious room, comfy bed, great pillowsexcellent ac .. Great for work trip- excellent wifi and business area. Never used the pool but it was clean and well cared for also. The only upkeep suggestion, the hallway carpets need steam cleaning but other than that - very well kept.

Also has a car charger so that's great! Looking forward to seeing more of those at the hotel!

Hotels that have EV chargers need to get it added on Google Maps & elsewhere. Four Points did this, so I stayed there.

The new eatery and bar just opened. Went in for coffees and a breakfast, was blown away with awesome friendly staff! The kitchen staff are Pros at what they do. The ingredients and flavors from what was presented was above and beyond. Left nourished and stuffed. Was given coffees to go! Will certainly comeback as we are repeat customers. Thanks so very much.

For comfort, location and events. All in one and it's close to everything you need if you are on Parson rd. There is Dollarama, Telus, Tim Hortons, Mc Donald's, Popeye's, Indian Kitchen's and Kal Tyre, just to mention a few.

Staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful it was -34c out we couldn't get our van to start, and the staff went out of their way to help us first tried giving us a boost, when that didnt work they brought out a huge battery charger, we had the block heater, battery charger and a heater fan all trying to warm the engine it took six hours before we were able to get on our way. A big shout out to staff 10/10. Thank you from everyone at Mini Melts ice cream company.

Stayed here on a business trip. Rooms were large and comfortable , bed was great with quality crisp linens. Friendly staff and overall great experience. Will stay again.

Great service and great rooms at the Four Points. Had a king suite, the rooms were well appointed and clean. The hotel lobby smells and looks amazing. The pool and fitness centre are well equipped. Overall a great stay!

Excellent!!! Clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Big soft towels, great fitness room and pool. Will definitely stay again.

Visited for a business trip last week. Room was spacious and clean. King bed was comfortable and I'm going to ask where the pillows came from because they were fantastic. Room offered nice views of the city skyline and sunrise though it got quite windy overnight. Bathroom was large with strong water pressure. WiFi was strong enough to work from the hotel.
Pool area was clean and vacant midweek. There's a pool, hottub and exercise room. Unsure if a dry and steam sauna though did see signs for them.
I was informed there is currently no restaurant on-site or room service but there are lots nearby. Nice location overall and will definitely stay here when visiting again.

Enjoyed our stay! The front desk was very friendly. Rooms and bathroom was very clean. Restaurant customer service was very kind, but food was just O K. There isn't much to do in the area so I'd recommend renting a car to get around if possible.

This is where we end up after being booked at Best Western but they are fully booked, so we are very happy about our over night stay at Four Points because of the hospitality and service of the staff.

It went smooth from parking to bringing all of our things to our room. And they even offered us a free sample dinner of Butter Chicken and choice of beverages such as sodas, wines and beers.
