We were very impressed with the work. They were 2 installers doing an amazing job. We asked them to fix our vent which they didn’t have to but did with no problem at all. It took 2 straight days to do our roof. During this time the guys were always with a smile and being courteous. Thanks guys. We would highly recommend HY-GRADE

We are extremely happy with our new steel roof by Hy-Grade. From the first meeting with Rick to the last day with Adel. Rick was courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to meet with us and explain in great detail how they would proceed with updating our tired old, shingled home into an absolute beauty. We cannot say enough about the experience with Adel and his crew. They were professional, prompt and cleaned up every single day. If you have any doubts about getting a steel roof, call Hy-Grade and have them come out and visit you. I only wish I could give them more stars on this review. If I could they would get 10 STARS! John at Hy-Grade promised me he would start my roof within one week and he kept his promise. My old roof was leaking. The quality of the material and the workmanship is second to none. The work was completed quickly. The result is stunning and I have full confidence in my new better-than-ever roof. Very reasonable too!!!

I don’t often do reviews on home products, but I thought it was time to for HyGrade roofing systems are amazing & well deserved. I have owned 4 houses over 45 years & I have put on Hy-Grade roofs on everyone of them as soon as I moved in. I can’t speak highly enough of these roofing systems and the people that are there for you every step of the way. A special mention to “ Linda McCleary” the sales rep that set me up for my last few roofs & ensures everything runs smooth from purchase to install to last quality checks, this lady is a gold mine of knowledge concerning Hy-Grade roofing systems.Hy-Grade is made in Canada, specifically designed for each roof. Love that they have a 50 year transferable warranty. They help your house stay warmer in winter(lower heat bills) & cooler in summer. If you ever have any issues over the years (I have NOT) they always come back to correct it for FREE! You never need another roof again, unless you buy another house like myself. Oh and you do not hear loud rain or hail or wind on your roof because it is steel, that is not the case with Hy-Grade. The roof on our second building on the church property is v-e-r-y high, and was in terrible condition. Hy-Grade's salesperson (Helen) came on site and later brought a supervisor to climb up on the roof to measure skylights and assess the condition. She was great to deal with; straight up, and did what she said she would do.
The installation went very well. Spencer, the foreman, was topnotch - very approachable and knowledgable.
We are delighted with our new roof!

For the second year running, Hygrade has made good on their promise of perpetual repair to their products. Our punishing snowfalls result in one or two damaged snow guards each season. Within two days of my calling Hygrade Service Manager, Lukas, he had two pleasant repairmen out, on the roof, and gone in fifteen minutes. No charge!

Hy Grade gave me the best quote out of all of my estimates and the rep explained the whole procedure and answered all of my questions! They were right on time with the scheduled date and my new roof is awesome!
I can't hear the rain at all and it has improved the whole look of my house!

From the moment we contacted them for a quote to the moment the installation was complete Hy-Grade were nothing but professional. Working in extremely difficult conditions (very hot) the crew did an excellent job. It took them a day or so longer than they originally estimated but given the conditions I did not begrudge them the necessary breaks. They cleaned up after themselves each and every day and in the end we are very, very pleased with the job and the house looks fantastic! And surprisingly the house is much quieter in heavy rain and hail than it was previously.

My husband and I were obtaining (or at least trying to) quotes for a new roof, as ours was due. After months of calling roofing companies and getting quotes that were between $13,000 and $17,000, we decided to get a quote on a metal roof. BEST decision we ever made!! The metal roof came in at just under $15,000 for a 50 year warranty!!!! Decision made!!! Helen was absolutely wonderful. She is honest and up front about every single detail. It didn’t stop there. The crew that came to install our roof were absolutely lovely. They were respectful of us and our property, they were prompt and just overall really nice guys. Our experience with this company was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Companies like this one are rare and hard to find. Positive experiences with companies like this, are even rarer. If you are humming and ha’ing over a metal roof to an asphalt one, just call these guys.

We first became acquainted with Hygrade in 2015 when they installed a metal roof on our home, garden house and woodshed. The experience was positive beyond belief. The person who gave us our estimate was knowledgeable and concise. Materials arrived on the promised day. Installation proceeded with efficiency and skill. Someone visited a few months afterwards to inspect the installation and ensure we were satisfied - and we were!
This fall, we discovered that the heavy snow we had last winter damaged some of the snow guards, but inspection by one of the Hygrade staff discovered that all of the guards had been flattened. (Hygrade currently installs stronger models.). They have all been replaced with the stronger models! We only regret that 5 ⭐ s is the best review we can give!
Yes, metal roofs are expensive, but THIS metal roof is SO worth every penny!

My roof looks fantastic. From the first discussion with Rick, I knew that this was a company that was going to stand behind their product. The sales person Rick, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, answered all my questions, even took my calls answering any additional questions that I had. The installers were professional, courteous and efficient. The person who came to check the installation was also thorough and friendly. It was a great experience. All of the neighbours have commented on how great it looks. Even the ice breakers are hard to see because of the way they were put on. Very impressive.

Made it easy to pick a date for work that worked around our schedule, sales associate Rick was very personal, other companies didn't care to come to our house to meet, Rick made sure to come to our house, explain the product and their services and made it an easy choice. The crew that came to work on our house Cam and his partner, we're professional,polite, answered all our questions and best of all were finished in 2 days. Great experience all the way around and for the little extra money we payed going with hy-grade it was by far worth it. I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with this company. From the staff at head office in Guelph to Ken and his crew from Kingston who installed our new roof. They were all very friendly, courteous and professional.
At the end of each day the crew cleaned up the work site. It took them approximately 2 1/2 days from start to finish. We are extremely happy with the workmanship and the finished product.

We had so many problems with our old shingle for the last years that we decided to change to Hy-grade metal roof. So happy with it. Had so many compliments and the value of the home went up quite a bit. The workers were excellent, polite, very professional and cleaned up each day before they left for the day. The whole house was completed in one week. We highly recommend Hy-grade to do the work and they are Canadian!! Great work and keep up the professionalism!!

In September 2020, we contracted Hy-Grade Steel Roofing System to install a steel shingle roof on our home. We delayed the installation until June 2021 due to some other work we wanted to have completed on our home first.

The process of contracting, arranging for installation, arrival of materials, completion of the work, and the follow-up by Hy-Grade has been very professional.

The crew that performed the installation were, frankly, outstanding. They answered all of my questions, asked me for my input whenever there were installation decisions that needed to be made, and offered suggestions.

Our roof has now gone through a full year including a winter with higher than normal snowfall, and a spring in which we received a number of intense storms. We have had no issues at all.

Overall, we are very pleased with our new steel roof.
