When it came time to selling Terra was great, she walked us through everything that was required. Our house was fully staged, incredible photos, walk throughs, videos and brochures were all prepared within a day. I don't think any of the material could have been done any better. Our house had a ton of people through for viewings and open houses fast which was what we needed to get the most value for our house.

My father passed away unexpectedly, and my mother would never be able to live on her own again due to a severe stroke. I was in a very sad, dark place when I came across Terra’s profile as I sat alone in my car looking for a realtor to help me help my mom sell her home.
I was worried at first that she may not want to take us on because I was bascically on my own with the workload that would be involved, I work full time, have two teenage girls and i am a primary caregiver for my mom, in charge of all of her healthcare and financial needs. My plate was full. In addition there would be family drama to deal with. Without hesitation, Terra said not to worry. She would take care of everything. She wanted to help. For the first time in a long time, I had some room to breathe. From that moment on, Terra was with us every step of the way. Considering the very challenging and ever changing real estate market, along with our property being tenanted we had concerns with regards to selling our property. However Terra’s vast experience in both real estate and managing tenants allowed this process to be far smoother than we could have imagined for all involved.
