Tasty food with large quantities. Service was fairly quick (takeout) and we really enjoyed it. Will definitely be back.

I’m a Chinese food addict. Loved the food! Worth the trip from Niagara. Best Chinese I’ve had in a long time. We have a local favorite but this one was even better. Can’t wait to go again!

Authentic Chinese restaurant with a large menu. Dishes are tasty, deep fried food, a light oil taste not the usual old oil taste in many restaurants. Portions are a good size and prices at an average budget. We ordered the deep fried pork with chilies, sizzling satay, three types of seafood with vegetables, and garlic gylan. Excellent pork dish, satay was very light in taste, but meat was so tender. Lots of shrimp, squid, and fish in the seafood, not at all sparingly like other restaurants. The squid in the dish was not rubbery at all, and the sauce was fantastic. There was a shortage of gylan. However, we willingly accepted a substitute when advised in advance, so there was no issue. $72 for a large dinner for three with lots of leftovers. No hesistation to place my stamp of approval, and we will be back, especially as they do have a small selection of dim sum available, too. Very enjoyable, thank you. A Thursday night and parking was difficult due to being across from the public skating rink, so be prepared to have to hunt for a spot. Restaraunt priority is the food, so keep a thought that the lack of ambiance and decor is made up for by the food taste and quality.

Seems like a family run small business in Guelph which I absolutely love. We got the "Family of 4 A" for just above $50 and everything was great and large quantities.
I'm not sure if they make the general tao chicken in house or if they have a supplier but it's the best I've had. Lightly battered and the chicken was juicy and stringy.
This is my new favorite spot for Chinese food and I highly recommend it.

I believe this is one of the best Chinese restaurant in Guelph. Even I live in Waterloo which has lots of Chinese restaurants, still think this one is really good. I have been there several times since last year and the taste always good. The waitress and chef are very polite. The only thing I dont like maybe the owner open the door a little bit later than it suppose to be. On the google and timetable on front door all says it open on 11am. But yesterday I been there at 11:10, it still not open. I waited until 11:30 then I gotta come in. So maybe next time not go there too early in the morning.

Best Chinese food I've had in a long time. Really good quality food. Portions are great and not too oily like some other restaurants can be.

Got takeout egg rolls were unbelievable. Some of the authentic Chinese food was also extremely good place isn't much to look at on the inside but sure was busy.

Everything was very fresh and tasted really good!

Double dragon closed down so I had to look elsewhere for my Chinese food fix.. Woks taste is great! Wish I was going there all along. Homemade egg rolls were excellent. Also I have a sensitive stomach - if you get me - 95% of the time I eat outside food, I have problems (I still eat it though I just live with it). None of that so far from woks taste. I usually dont believe all the reviews, I think people pay them to write them or some of them are friends.. well this is real.. I usually only review a place if they were so bad I felt I had to say something.. but this has been so good so far I felt I had to say something.

One of the best Chinese food restaurants in Guelph and I think I’ve tried them all. Food is fresh, chicken fried rice had large pieces of chicken in it and no hard bits like some places. Chicken balls also have large chunks of white chicken. Egg rolls are massive. Lemon chicken was a large filet with lemon sauce on the side. Based on location it can be hard to find parking, especially during patio season. Food was ready on time and steaming hot and service was friendly. The inside of the restaurant appeared clean.

Good is great! Definitely the best Chinese in Guelph. Great range of dishes and it is all so well cooked. My only complaint is the lady in charge of the shop is very rude and snappy, but hey, I came to pick up tasty food not make a friend!

Easily the best Chinese food in Guelph. Very reasonable prices for large portions and house-made authentic food. The name is accurate, you can really taste the authentic wok flavour. I've never been disappointed here.

I used to eat here in the early 90's when I was in university. The food is just as amazing and tasty as it was then! Consistency and quality over a quarter century! Eat your heart out Michelin star chefs!

My favourite Chinese spot in Guelph. I also like being able to park downtown and enjoy a touch of ambiance while I pick up my food. They always seem busy for take out which is a good sign. Very friendly and quick. My go to is a Combination B and it never disappoints. Highly recommended!
