Thank you Alex for excellent customer service yesterday.

I had an issue with a print which another member of staff wasn't able to offer advice or steer me in the right direction (maybe didn't understand my explanation of the issue / what I needed) but I mentioned it again to Alex yesterday while I was in there collecting something else anyway and she went above and beyond to help. Took it upon herself to fix my issue completely and gave advice explaining in detail what I could do in future.

Very helpful, generous & professional person, much appreciated.

The store gives a very premium feel, mostly due to the electronics on shelf. There are few places to take prints & photographs.

I needed many documents scanned and saved on a usb stick. I have never done it before today.
Samara at the Edinburgh rd. Store in Guelph helped my sister and i manouver through the process. Samara was a joy to have help from and i was very, very pleased with the service she provided me. Without her help and patience it would have been very stressful to say the least. If i need to go thru this process again it was explained to me very well so i think i could do it on my own next time with success. I won't fear coming back.

Friendly staff. Excellent customer service at both stores. Purchased a 2021 Apple iMac in March 2022 at the Staples store on Woodlawn Rd in Guelph and just got an Apple iPhone 15 Plus at the Staples Store on Edinburgh Rd on October 28th. Really enjoying my Apple devices.

Thank you for restoring my faith in customer care. I went to the Guelph store on Stone Road, and the item I was looking for wasn't in stock, but the associate was exceptionally kind and helpful in trying to devise the quickest possible solution. I ended up ordering the item online, and I had to follow up with customer care to coordinate delivery. This associate was exemplary in resolving the matter in exceptionally polite, courteous, and expedient fashion. I am really impressed, and I wish that all customer service were of this high quality. Keep up the good work, Staples!

My daughter bought a computer chair here in 2016. During a move, she misplaced the bolts to hold the chair to the base. I contacted Staples to inquire about replacement ones as chair was of good quality. I fully intending on paying for bolts. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so friendly and helpful (wish I remembered her name) and said she would ship parts out no charge. I received within a week. Fantastic customer service. Shop local :)

I had some last minute prints that a client needed, and the printing department at Staples was able to print them on time, and at a great price. The prints looked great as well!

The customer service in the print department was amazing (shout out to Kiran, I hope I spelled her name right!). I had a bunch of back and forth calls with them, then I went in person to check up on the timing of the prints, and they were never annoyed. In fact, they went the extra step to ensure we had the prints on time. The staff was all great. I had my kids with me in the store (who were getting bored, of course) and they were smiling and chatting with them to keep them busy while I dealt with the print job.

And when we left the store, the associate at the cash even said "Good-bye, have a great night!" Great staff all around.

I will definitely use their printing services again in the future, great work!

Purchased a new leather chair during the chair sale and opted to take it home and put it together myself. 2 days later, I decided to return to the shop on Stone Road, Guelph, pay the $20 fee, and have someone else from Staples assemble it.

When I first arrived, I met Frank, one of the managers on duty on a slow, long-weekend, Friday evening. With a smile, he politely informed me that there was no-one available to assemble the chair, and that he wasn't sure if there would be anyone to put it together for me, for the following day. Frank accompanied me out to my car, picked up the large, awkward box and we both returned to the store so he could take down my details. That's when things changed. Frank opened the box, took out all the bagged pieces of the chair, and over the course of about 45 minutes, assembled the chair for me himself, with the best attitude, great conversation, dedication to the job, and persistence; even though confusing instructions on the manual, caused him to have to undo some of what he had done, and start again. To cap things off, at the end, once the chair was completely put together, although I insisted, he refused to accept payment for the work.

It is absolutely rare to see this kind of customer service, and, in Frank's case, I don't think this was just done as "customer service"; this behaviour and attitude speaks to the type of gentleman he just is! Well done Frank! Thank you SO much for your kind effort and winning spirit! If this is the kind of employee Staples is willing to hire, they've done well; they've got the very best!

I printed all my business cards here!
6000 in total. They came in a timely fashion considering the volume and were printed great. Everyone loves them. I opted for the heavier card stock and they definitely will last the test of time without getting damaged.
The price was great and the staff definitely go the extra mile whenever possible. Will use staples for all my future printing needs 100%.
