Had an abscess in my tooth and googled emergency dental services. Led me to Moose Lake Dental. I called and they got me in within 3 hours. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. On arrival I was given a tour of the space and I loved the vibe, which showed so much care and attention, Like going to a cottage retreat🙃. Waiting area had beverages, games for kids, so well thought out! I’m closer to 70 then 60 and have experienced many dentists over the years. This by far, is the best dental experience I have ever had. Thorough explanations, conscientious of patient concerns, very up-to-date technology. And I was so impressed with an offered fee structure for folks that don’t have dental insurance. So much thought has gone into the development of this clinic. As much tooth pain as I was in, I was taken care of with such caring I left totally enamoured with my experience. The Dentist and staff present such a wonderful environment and expertise that made my visit the best ever for dental care. Thank you all for your work and care.

Had multiple great experiences dealing with Moose Lake Dental. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, which really helps ease any nerves about visiting the dentist. They provide top-notch care making each visit a pleasant encounter. I always leave feeling well taken care of.

I have been a patient for several years. I really enjoy my visits here. I don't recall saying that about any other dentist offices. Moose Lake Dental is a great experience. The staff is professional, knowledgable, welcoming, and kind. The facility and services are top notch. Ceiling mounted TVs and an arcade in the front are fantastic touches to the overall cottage Lake vibe. Dr. Moose and staff are all awesome!!! Communication is great! Providing insight and education into the "why" of all things Dental. Thank you to everyone there!

I recently visited Moose lake dental clinic and had a fantastic experience with all the staff from front desk to assistant to hygienist to doctors. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic itself was spotless, reflecting a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.

Dr. Cao and Dr. Tomic took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my treatment options. The procedures I underwent were done with precision, resulting in excellent outcomes. Alisha (Hygienist) was very gentle throughout my cleaning and also educated me about taking care of my teeth well.

Overall, I can't recommend this dental clinic enough. Whether it's for a routine check-up or a more complex procedure, the doctors and staff provide top-notch care in a welcoming environment.

I just switched dentists because I moved to Guelph. I loved the service! They communicate really well with you about your options and what you’re actually covered for under the insurance. I really appreciated that because my coverage isn’t great so they let me choose what I wanted to use it for.
The staff are really friendly and the doctor was knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend!

I moved over to Moose Lake Dental about 3 years ago, and I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. From the moment you walk into the office their staff go above and beyond. They are both warm and friendly. I've had great anxiety going to the dentist in the past, but have always felt relaxed walking into Moose Lake Dental. I appreciate the amount of detail Dr. Rudik and his team provide to patients not only to help educate, but ease their minds about dental health and procedures.

Coming to Moose Lake Dental has been the best decision I’ve ever made. The office is clean, the environment is so welcoming and most importantly, every staff member is kind, knowledgeable and they never forget to greet you in the hallway or waiting area. My experience with the dentist is always filled with knowledge and all the work completed is explained and shown to you with their technology at the end of your appointment so you’re aware of what was completed and they always make time to answer all of your questions in depth. When I visit the office for my cleanings, I always fall asleep in the chair, the ladies are so gentle and I always look forward to my regular cleanings. If you’re looking for a new dental office, search no more, this is the one.

I am a person who never enjoyed going to the dentist. It had been awhile since my last visit and I found Moose Lake Dental and I am so happy I did.

I recently visited Mooselake Dental for appointments with Dr. Rudik and the dental hygienist, Alicia. Both were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable.

Dr. Rudik answered all my questions thoroughly, making me feel comfortable and well-informed. He may provide you with several recommendations in order to optimize your dental care. Some of these options I have never been educated about before. As the patient, it made me feel more empowered and that I have the knowledge to make an informed decision regarding my care

I also had a pleasant experience with Alicia, who did my teeth cleaning. She was thorough but it wasn't painful at all.

The staff's dedication to patient care and their ability to create a welcoming environment was remarkable. I highly recommend Mooselake Dental.

I'd highly recommend Moose Lake Dental, especially if you're like me and generally fear going to the dentist. The staff are always lovely and take time to explain what they are doing, and the receptionists are always friendly and outgoing. I've only had great experiences with them.

We just switched to this dentist. I felt like a $ at my old one. Wow, what a difference. Modern facility, friendly helpful staff, great dentists. They have gone above and beyond with my sons sore tooth, and dealing with insurance. so happy we switched.

Dr. Rudik is wonderful with our son. He is a great dentist, but also super cool to chat with during your visit. The staff are kind and customer service focused.

The office/"camp" is wonderfully designed. It feels like you've been transported to a little cabin in Algonquin when you enter the waiting room. Clean, spacious and colourful. I have never been to a dentist where you can play arcade games and watch youtube while you wait. I can see kids (and adults alike) not wanting to leave post-visit.

Their billing process is also very convenient and straightforward, even when dealing with coordination of multiple insurance plans.

My husband and I both plan to transfer to Moose Lake Dental based on our experience with our son. I would highly recommend Moose Lake and Dr. Rudik to other families!

My husband and I recently switched to Moose Lake Dental after moving to the area and we have had an amazing experience. The staff are so friendly and really take the time to explain everything to you. Ive also never had a dentist spend more time than 5 mins in the room with me when I go for a cleaning, but Dr. Rudnik really took his time and wasn’t making me feel rushed. We are so happy we found this gem of a place and will spread the word how happy we are with the service. The cabin theme is very cozy and makes the trip to the dentist more enjoyable :)

I have been coming to Mooselake for the past few years and am always happy with their services! Specifically, last summer I had horrible mouth pain and they got me in for an emergency appointment that same day. It turns out I needed a root canal so was referred to a specialist and returned to dr Rudik and his team for my crown. I only had the temporary crown for about a week until my permanent one came in! It was fitted perfectly and has been snug in my mouth ever since! The team was so great at explaining every step of the process (including all of the costs) and made such a potentially scary experience feel much more bearable! (honestly, the whole thing wasn’t nearly as bad as I had feared!). Thanks to the whole Mooselake Dental team (admin, hygienists, and dentists - all of you!) for being so awesome!

This is about as good of a dentist that you'll find in Guelph...or anywhere for that matter.

The office doesn't "feel like" a dental office at all. It's clean, bright, modern, and filled with amenities like drinks, computers, and even arcade games.

Everyone from the folks at reception to the hygienists to the dentists are warm, welcoming, and (most importantly) thorough in their explanations of services and associates costs.

Dr. Rudik is a stand up guy and he runs a great business.
