Bisson Dentistry

I have only great things to say about Bisson Dentistry. I have had some less than ideal dental care up until now. I came in with major anxiety in getting care, and was offered many options to ease my stress. I have never had such a good hygiene cleaning. Ashley was absolutely fantastic. She checked in with me often, kept me informed of what she was doing, and was very kind. She is skilled, professional and thorough. I really liked Dr. Pettigrew, and appreciate that I am scheduled with her ongoing.
Payment and scheduling was seamless, and I appreciate the estimates for ongoing dental work (Anne-Marie).
The office is very clean, and it is obvious that they put great care into their practice and staff.

They emphasize comfort during your appointments with Hand/foot massages, blankets to keep you warm, and Netflix shows of your choice. The team of Dentist are also very talented. I had a filling done with Dr. Bisson and didn’t even realize he had put the needle in for freezing. The procedure was quick and my teeth felt amazing after. Highly recommend!

My first appointment at Bisson Dental was a great experience. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, and the office is bright and comfortable. Will definitely recommend this dentist office to my friends and family.

Going to Bisson doesn't feel like going to the dentist. It's cozy, welcoming and the staff go over the top to make sure you're as comfortable as can be. It's completely unlike any other dentistry I've ever visited, in the best possible way. And they're great with kids.

Our family are new patients of Bisson Dentistry this month. The staff are welcoming, warm and positive. Our 10 year had to tell all her friends how wonderful her new dentist is. Never thought the kids would ask... when CAN we go back? :) So glad we made the decision to go to Bisson!

Dr. Pettigrew is an incredibly skilled, brave, brilliant, compassionate and gentle dentist. I have very complex medical needs and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe extraction and her pre and follow up care was amazing as well for my complex needs. I cannot recommend her enough. If it were possible to give more than a 5 star review of Dr. Pettigrew and Bisson Dentistry I would.

This is a wonderful, friendly dental practice in a beautifully restored building downtown Guelph. Thank you to my hygienist Michelle for another lovely visit! You have completely altered my past dental experiences of pain, fear, shame and eventually avoidance, to an enjoyable and relaxing visit that I look forward to! You are the best!

Dentistry at its best. Nothing less than a 5 star review. When you visit though, make sure you are not in a hurry, especially for the first visit.

This place obviously has excellence at its core and it shows in every thing they do. Feels so much like being at a spa. I love it. Such an intentional business.

Always a great experience. The location is a heritage home and beautifully appointed. The atmosphere is restful and spa-like. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Procedure was well done.

Took my toddler for his second visit to the dentist, and his first ever dental polishing. Shelley welcomed us and guided my son through the entire process, making sure he was comfortable and enjoying the service. This a great experience for both of us, and he is now looking forward to his next visit. Would highly recommend Bisson for both adult and toddler dental care.

In my humble opinion, best dental practice out there. They hire the best. Their processes and practices are well thought out and executed. Their perks, like mini spa treatments and massage chairs, make the experience enjoyable. Their cosmetic work is top notch. It’s definitely a full service dental practice. I recommend them all the time.

I have had some less than positive dental care experiences in the past but this place just cancelled all of those out. Loved my dentist, Dr. Pettigrew, the assistant (Rebecca I think?) and the hygienist I had a few months ago. They are so gentle and caring, offering so many options to ease my anxiety and manage pain. But they're also efficient, quick, honest about what is needed/ optional, and they do a good job. I had some weird issues with payment (new credit card wasn't working and turns out I have a daily debit limit) and the administrative staff, specifically Anne-Marie and Samantha, were so kind and nonjudgmental. I left feeling so good. This place is doing it right. You do pay $$ for the experience, but to me it felt worth it. And my teeth feel great.

The experience was nothing I’ve experienced before at a dentist office. The orientation of the office, the examination and cleaning was a very easy and friendly process. The friendliness throughout the office was such a treat. And having a spa option for hand or feet massage is a bonus.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience as a patient at Bisson Dentistry. I used to be a dental assistant for quite few years while studying at university and I am quite specific with what I look for in a dental clinic. I love everyone at this practice, Dr Pettigrew is very thorough and she and her assistants always made sure I received the best care.

Cindy and the admin staff are also amazing and always made me feel welcome and looked after all my needs.

Between the amazing staff and beautiful office, Bisson Dentistry is a first class experience.
Even though I wasn't a patient of theirs, they fit me in quickly when I called about an issue I was having.
Upon arrival I was given a tour of the lovely space, a generous new patient gift, and the offer of beverages and snacks to enjoy before or after my apt.
From start to finish the staff were friendly and efficient (Anne Marie, Katie, Dr. Bisson and Cindy).
I will definitely be coming back for my dental needs, and will be booking
appointments for my hubby and son as well!

I have seen many, many dentists over the years and the level of service and care from every member of the staff I've interacted with is so far above and beyond (not to mention the beautiful office, dental chairs with massage function, Netflix, hot towels after treatment...I could go on). They are also particularly great at supporting patients who have dental anxiety, if that is a concern. Highly recommended!
