Shine Factory Burnside

I had undercoating done this past week. Easy process getting an appointment in short time frame. They took my car in right on time and were done in the estimated time frame, including a wash. Happy with services and look forward to visiting again.

Such a great experience with Shine Factory Burnside. We had all of our work vehicles in to get cleaned and they did an exceptional job. They were sparkling clean and smelt great every time we picked them up. Michelle, along with the other staff I met were so friendly and helpful.

Great experience using Shine Factory for the first time. The employees were friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was very knowledgeable as she explained the process to me in detail. I have a white car and there wasn't a drop of undercoating anywhere it shouldn't be.

Ok, i could Not resist the urge to write this review because the guys here knows what they do. I wanted a thorough undercoating and even asked if they have packages, but the front desk lady said they don't - they just give every customer great job..so they did.

And I must say, the car was dripping oil in the right places. The first time I did undercoating, it wasn't as good as this one at all, the things I was told I will notice by the last guys is what I noticed with Shine instead. They were patient and I am excited for the job well done.

Now that I know they do detailing, I hope I can get an appt for another visit.

Well… I have always done my own rustproofing and used many products over the last 30 years.. The last three years I have been using corrosion free and doing it myself as I have the equipment and the knowledge behind it. I hesitated to have someone else to do it because of lack of thorough application. So finally this year I decided enough crawling around under my own vehicles ,setting up to do it.. keep stock of equipment and product etc. etc. so I had Shine Factory in Burnside perform the task. Once there they were very courteous, professional but for me I needed to see the end result. I paid my bill and drove off knowing that in a little while I’m going to crawl around that vehicle and I’m pretty sure they probably knew I would do the same because I told them a bit about my years of detailing and of rust proofing myself. Just let me say this “ Awesome Job !!”. All areas were covered , ample product was used. I gave them the go ahead to do any drilling if necessary because I know from experience that that causes no problems whatsoever when taken care of properly. They didn’t have to do anything extra they were able to access everything. I would not hesitate to recommend Shine factory in Burnside to do rust proofing. Very happy customer here. Second vehicle will definitely be going there in the not too distant future to be sprayed.

Great service. I had my 2011 Honda Ridgeline rust-[rotected this past week, I recommend their service.

Small room was warm and cozy. And extremely clean. Bathroom was spotless. Was perfect for my overnight trip to Sherbrooke.

Update (Jan 2024). Just had my Yukon's 18 month rustproofing re-application completed this week. Although there are some new staff members now, they remain as friendly and professional as always. I have been coming to this location for many 10+ years now and will continue to recommend them highly.
(Jul 2022) This is the third time that I bring my vehicles to this location for rustproofing and I have been very happy with the work done. The Shine Factory staff is very professional and meticulous. They are also very friendly and will check your vehicle for potential trouble spots. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to the Shine Factory for your Corrosion Free rustproofing. I have not had auto detailing done here yet, but if they are as careful and meticulous as they have been with my vehicle's rustproofing, your vehicle will be in good care. 👍

Shine factory had been recommended by friends so I booked an undercoating appt. The admin person and the detailer were there when I went in and were so lovely. I will definitely be back!

Great staff. Very pleasant. Answered all my questions. Great service. Took my vehicle in for the corrosion free rust protection. It took about an hour for the service. Would definitely use their service again….

This is my second visit (I first had my vehicle undercoated).
I am very pleased with the service I received. I decided to go with the Gold Package detailing.
Honestly, my vehicle looks brand new and nicer detailing results than when I purchased my new vehicle two years ago.

I brought my Civic in for an undercoating treatment a few months ago. It was done on time and professionally. I'm a happy customer. I'll likely be back to use some of their detailing services.

No issues. They did a great job.
Get rid of the tip option on the machine. For the price, we should be getting top notch service regardless. We can't be expected to tip everyone who does the job they are paid to do. Just saying.

Got our vehicle undercoated and the staff were very kind and professional, the technician was extremely knowledgeable about the products, procedure and was very respectful about the privacy of our vehicle. I have used this company for undercoating my 3 vehicles now the second time. I feel they really care for my vehicle and want to make it last long. Not like the previous undercoating place I used, where the priority was to collect money. This year I also had them do a thorough interior cleaning and shampooing of my company truck which was extremely dirty. It took them longer then expected because it was so dirty, but the person worked till it was completed including notifying me that it would be longer. When I picked up the truck, the interior felt just like the day I bought the truck 4 years ago. Super job, and a careful team. I recommend these people for undercoating and cleaning.

I had an undercoatings done at the shine factory this week. They were able to answer all my questions and did a great job on my Hyundai elentra. The price was great and they completed the job in the allotted time. The staff were great and I was able to talk to the guy who worked on my car to get his opinion on how the car is looking underneath and got his recommendation on some stuff. I will defiantly be returning again. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an undercoating!
