This has quickly become a favourite bakery to shop at in Dartmouth. The loaves of bread are double-long and they can slice it onsite for you. Their molasses brown bread is one of the best I've had. Check out their display counter - the cakes are delicious and you can purchase three slices for a variety package to try them all. You do NOT want to miss out on the cream puffs. On my first visit another customer warned me they were addictive... and she was right. I picked up this tasty coconut macaroons today which are over 90% coconut - no need for flour! The assorted shortbread cookies melt in your mouth - perfection! While the owners service many restaurants around the city, they are open to the public which is lucky for us lovers of great bread and sweet treats.

Clean, well organized store with bread, cakes, baked goods, nuts, and Iranian products. Product presentation is impeccable and it’s hard not to want to buy multiple items as gifts or snacks. Plenty of parking in the plaza. I would recommend dropping by and checking out what they have in store.

The bread is amazing, the customer service is also amazing so friendly and helps out when needed. The price is very good in my opinion.

Delightful staff, and a great spot to get Gluten-Free options for tasty baked goods. Not only freshly baked bread (it smells amazing walking in!) but small bites like cookies are available. Worth stopping in!

First I bought a used bread maker, but I didn't have the ingredients yet. I stopped here to grab a couple fresh loafs, now I'm legitimately thinking of just reselling the bread machine... Highly recommend the grain and seed loaf and the oat loaf. Try one of those walnut stuffed beads too, wow! Glad I'm moving closer to this place.

Delicious food. Their white bread loaves are the best I've had for French Toast. Last week I decided to try their macaroons. Best there are outside of France. Next time I will try the flatbread. It always looks fresh and yummy.

Many of the great mid-eastern breads are here, but also traditional local breads, French pastries, sweets, exotic ingredients, and assorted foods. We have been buying all our bread here for some years, and always received high quality products. The owners are very helpful to explain a product or provide cooking and serving suggestions.

Love the products at the Halifax Bread Factory. Have been buying their bread for a long time now. It is always fresh & maintains that freshness for many days. Would highly recommend their products to anyone looking for a great bakery. Staff are also wonderful & very helpful.
