Good place for shopping home renovations supply’s. Easy access from Austin ave. Friendly staff I really appreciate. Free parking available.

Just want to give a huge shout out to Angela, who was incredibly helpful and very personable. She went out of her way to help me multiple times when I was there earlier this week. Rona, give her a raise!

Like store hours if I need something in the morning. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Limited selection of certain items only drawback. Most of the time I can find another product that works with the staffs help.

Bought a new Fiskar weed remover, because the one I was using broke. Great selection of tools and ease of shopping.

Huge place! You can find there everything you need for renovations and the staff are very nice and helpful.
I especially liked the area of ​​colors. You can make any color you want on the spot it only takes few minutes.

Really enjoyed my recent experience here. I walked in with my young child who wanted to come pick up some grass seeds and other things. A nice experienced man by the name of Dean approached me and guided me to find some other items while giving me his tips on how to improve my lawn. He was welcoming and warm enough for my 6 year old to step in and engage with him. The lawn is looking better alteady! Thanks Dean!

They had the mouldings I needed. I tried Home Depot, but they've cut way down on the mouldings they carry.

Very helpful staff member helped me get everything I needed to paint my deep freezer.

I Love this place! I have visited 3 times just this passed week. I asked for help every time -sometimes more than once (different departments) and each time the staff were helpful and able to show me more options than I had considered. Very very friendly and seem to really care that they could help me/ make me happy with my decisions.
The prices are generally cheaper than CT and they are hands down the cheapest place for garden soil & black earth, etc..

I really miss the popcorn though..

Since new management came in its much better. We'll at least when he is there. That's what a hardware store used to be. People who help people. Edmonds st location. Forget it. Don't ask them they just work there. The new manager a Austin is one awesome guy. 👍👍

Excellent customer service. It took me and Rona a while to get a replacement part under warranty for its outdoor 11-feet umbrella, which is the best I have ever had. Just before the heat wave I got a new replacement as parts are hard to come by. All along Rona had been attending the issue and updating in the status. No, I didn't need it in the winter, so waiting on the cold season wasn't an issue. Confirmed, good customer service.

Excellent neighbourhood hardware store. Friendly staff, large enough to have all the essentials without the overwhelming size of the standard box box depot sized places. Always easy to deal with if something needs return/exchange due to sizing/fitment or otherwise. My go to for all home projects. Highly recommend them.

The staff here is friendly and helpful. I don't live in the neighbourhood but had to make a stop to do a return. Would stop by again if I needed to.

Aaron in paint was amazing! He spent several minutes looking for a paint that was supposed to be in stock. He took extra care to help us even though it was the end of the day. I would highly recommend this location!!!

Staff was helpful to me and I am as handy as the male nipple is useful. They walked me through the process and got me the product I needed. More importantly I completed the minor project with no issues thats to the staffs' instructions. Not only did I walk away feeling they were helpful but on a practical level they were helpful. It's not always easy to find what you are looking for when you go to a big store like Rona! It’s been a wonderful and great experience for us today to meet Ahmad who works in the Austin Rona as a manger. Thank you so much for helping us find what we were looking for. He is a very kind, experienced, caring, and knowledgeable person and it was a pleasure to meet him. We are hoping his hard work is recognized. And we are certainly recommending this store to everyone.

All customer representatives and managers are very friendly, humble and supportive. I went there a couple of times to buy different stuff for my company. Everytime they treated me very well and helped me to find my stuff. Thanks for good customer service.
