We've been longtime fans of Tesla but haven't driven one until my daughter and her friends wanted to go to prom in a Model X. Zerocar hooked us up! Everything about their service was straightforward, professional, and convenient. When we picked up the car, Ryan was very courteous and friendly to us, giving us a complete run-through of how to drive it. The car was clean, fully charged, and ready to party. As you can see in these photos, everyone had a blast! Thank you Zerocar!!!

My experience renting a Tesla Model 3 from zero car was seamless, I chose to have it delivered to the address I was staying at and Jason brought it right to me. The car I rented was a brand new Model 3 with only 350km on it when it arrived at my AirBnb. The prices at zero car are very reasonable and If you're looking to rent a Tesla in Vancouver ZeroCar is the place to go!

Amazing experience. This was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable car rental experience I've had. The car itself was really clean, and Raymond provided a very succinct walk through the Tesla operation functions upon receiving the vehicle, equipping us to have a worry-free time with the car. Would definitely recommend renting with ZEROCAR, and will be back next time I have visitors in town to drive around and show them the city and nature scenes of Vancouver.

We rented a Model Y for our 9 day vacation to Vancouver, Richmond, Vancouver island and Burnaby. The rental (pickup / drop-off) process was smooth, and the car worked perfectly for the whole trip. Charging for free at the superchargers was nice and I believe we may have come out ahead vs renting a gas vehicle and fueling up at >$2 / litre over the kms driven. Nothing but positive things here. Taking on steep grades like Boundary Rd and Marine Dr as if it were flat is a bonus. I would definitely rent again if revisiting.

Staff were great, greeted us upon arrival. Car was charged up parked out front waiting for us. Car was awesome to drive as we haven’t driven a Tesla before. Good experience Good Company highly recommend!!

I travel often and car rentals are always a loathsome experience - however, I can truly say that my experience with Jason and the Zerocar team was the best car rental experience I've ever had. The team was extremely communicative throughout the reservation process and pick-up was seamless and friendly (Jason's a Tesla expert, definitely chat with him before hitting the road!). I was extremely lucky to get a brand new Model 3 for my rental which was sanitized and cleaned for departure. Once you drive a Tesla, you truly can never go back to another automobile - I will definitely be choosing Zerocar again!

Ive been using the rental and car share for a while now and I have to say it comes in clutch every time I’m in a rush to travel somewhere. The owner is very nice and makes sure that the customers will be satisfied with their drives. Prices are also very reasonable and driving a Tesla is a plus!

I did a lot of research before renting a car in Iceland, and everything I read pointed to Zero Car. Our experience was flawless, from reservation to pickup to return. I was a little concerned that with so much done online, there wouldn't be folks at the desk to help. There were! And, besides the airport pickup location, there was also an office in Reykjavik that was convenient when we had a question about the car. I would 100% rent from ZeroCar again.

I rented a model 3 for a week while I was in Vancouver and had a great experience. EV rentals was super easy to deal with and very flexible when arranging a late pickup to match my arrival time. The car was super fun to drive also :) I would definitely use them again next time I'm in town.

Can’t say enough positive things about Jason and EV Rentals. Jason was such a pleasure to deal with from our initial conversation to our last interaction. We missed our flight and arrived several hours later. Jason was waiting with an beautiful, spotless BMW I 80. Amazing, fun car to drive! Had a scheduling issue before our return. Again Jason was flexible and accommodating waiting for us late into the evening on a Saturday night! Can’t wait to come back and rent another one of Jason’s elite luxury cars, really a fantastic experience!!

(first review ever btw) Not your typical car rental place, (Way better). These guys go above and beyond to give you a good experience. Rented a model 3 for a few days and drove up to whistler. I had never been in an EV or Tesla before and i was curious about autopilot but the one i rented did not have it. So when i returned it Jason took me out in another vehicle that had autopilot just so i could experience it. Thanks! was not expected at all. They also charge a lot less then the other options for EV rentals.
