Owner/boss has no idea what the company needs , and clearly has no respect for its employees. She will hire someone just for the sake of hiring and when the she finally figures out she don’t need you “she” will let you go with absolutely no notice. Think with the “do first think later “ type of mentality. If you see a job posting from Watson Enterprise would you consider it ? If your the hard working type that want stability I would stay away from this company with amateur management . You been warned . The products I must say is top notch quality with very good pricing . Co workers are nice and friendly. To be honest it is them that keeps this company running while owner is clueless and selfish . As a customer yes you will gain from it as they have good products , as a worker you never know what will happen tomorrow. If your a hard worker you won’t be acknowledge here. This company also delays providing benefits to employees that should be granted after a 3 month probation period. Pretend to forget while pushing it aside when it is the law that company must help an employee submit the application for benefits. Before it was employers pick employees, now in 2021 employees pick employers. So keep playing with the system, the system will play you back .You can mark my words on that .

To the owner of Watsons , what comes around goes around. Good luck trying to get workers subsidy contract from work BC in the future, your soon going to be on the black list you can bet on it.
