Found Jay to be an honest, and to the point kind of dealer. I still always suggest that you do research about the type of car and see what the common issues are with the model so you can address them with him yourself. In my experience he looked into my concern had the mechanic deal with it and it cost me no extra. Plus he doesn't charge doc fees. I found his prices comparable if not better from everything else I was finding. I would use him again.

Like the other comments said, Jay is absolutely a honest person. No document fee and dealer fee is amazing. If you are looking for your first car or any reason you are buying another car, Autodome would be the good place for you.

I sent my mother and fiancé 2 hours away from home to visit autodome to assure the vehicle was as the company mentioned. Not only was it in excellent condition as stated online, but also came with car fax report, as well as 6 months warranty. I was able to put a hold on the vehicle and pay and pick it up after the long weekend.

Jay is very helpful and honest. Especially for someone who doesn't know much about cars, he takes the time to explain what you need to know. I got my first and second car for a no-frills deal!

I was very leary about buying a car from anywhere but the big dealerships...but let's be honest..they charge ridiculous prices for their used vehicles because obviously someone used it as a trade in..plus they charge docu fees ..disposal fees etc..Then we met Jay..
He is a very straight forward honest guy..The car I was interested in had just came in so he promised an oil change and safety check..I bought the car trusting him to do it at a later date because I wanted to drive it home that day...We scheduled a day and he did it as promised..He doesn't charge docu fees etc. He just helps you to get your car ..
Very stand up honest person..which is very hard to find these days and especially in that business.
