It's not really a saving place but that have an amazing crew. I love them all. They're always kind ready to help, and no matter how tired they are, they manage a smile. Great people, great management to have a great team I like to believe. The store is always up to date, clean and well stocked up!

Thank you so much to the bakery team at the Columbia square Save On. We ordered custom cupcakes for our daughters daycare and they turned out excellent and we're a huge hit with the kids. Seriously impressed!

I was greeted by a delightful young lady with a big smile and friendly attitude who helped us right away. I asked if I could keep large item in customer service and she politely agreed. I had a pleasant experience with the customer service team and the store was well stocked and clean. I have made the switch to save on from my usual store. Thank you for a great experience!

Really big place to get all your groceries in one place. Has vegan options too.

I came with my dog to do some shopping. Before going in, I asked the first person I saw if it was okay to bring my dog in with me. Unfortunately, it was not (understandably so). What happened next though was pretty incredible though!

A girl who was not even in her uniform anymore and was off shift offered to watch my dog for me, but as I was umming about that the man who was on shift offered to do all my shopping for me as I waited with my pup!

He assured me that it was totally fine and he was happy to help. He took down on a notepad what I wanted And went in to the store to grab it all for me. He even came back with a couple of options for something I was unsure about regarding brand. He took my credit card and phone number for my rewards and packed it in a bag And brought it out to me!

Genuinely he was above sincere and a truly kind hearted person who helped out when he could have easily not offered to do all of that and just left it at "I'm sorry, but no dogs are allowed in the store". But he really went above and beyond with all of his help!

After everything, I asked how I can share my positive experience with him and he simply told me that it wasn't necessary and he was just happy to help. Well I couldn't let this not be told, and I hope his managers recognize him for such an incredible job he is doing and the great person he is!

The online shopping/store pickup service was amazing!! I basically just needed to park my car at the designated lot and give them a call. Then the personal shopper (Kysell) brought all my groceries out and loaded on my truck! The groceries are very fresh and good quality too. They even gave me free chocolate for using this service. I felt spoiled! Thanks so much for the great service!.

The freshest looking meats, with a great selection. The bakery is a very tempting and full of wonderful choices. The savings are always great and convenience is the biggest factor,if you are in a hurry. I highly recommend the best grocery store in the area. See for yourself!

Nice small Save On Grocery store. Friendly staff and they all seem attentive. Even saw them politely escort someone trying to steal off the premises today. All done very professionally. I really enjoy a company that takes it's job serioualy when it comes to safety in it's store. Way to go team.

This is a 5 star location! When I worked in the area I had lunch here often. The food was always fresh, the staff was always friendly. Whether buying lotto or groceries, or lunch, the experience was always great. Ample parking too! Highly recommended.

Small selection of eggs, produce was fresh, found some reduced to clear items, still have distance markers in place on the floor, aisles wide enough for my walker. Friendly staff

Awesome customer service! I actually like going grocery shopping here, and they're lgbtq positive which is a nice bonus! Pretty comparable to other big chain grocery stores as far as price goes. But when things go on sale the prices really drop - stock up when that happens!

Great but always busy. You can't just run in and quickly grab something, there is always a long line up. Meat selection is always good and reasonably priced. Staff is very helpful

I use to work there. The store is fine, people complaining about there not being more than one bathroom are idiots. Save on bought this store they didn't build it! And the pharmacy in the square means they wouldn't be aloud one. It's a small store with overworked staff and the people who shop there (new wests population) are the nastiest monsters I've ever seen. Really, I lost faith in BC because of it. Get a life, it's a grocery store in a first world country, count your blessings. The horrible behavior of the customer is why there is a high staff turnover.

I shop here multiple times a week and have always had nothing but pleasant experiences! Produce is fresher than some other stores, good natural food selection, and staff has always been amazing!
