Best Season Produce Ltd

First time visiting. Impressed with cleanliness, variety of produce and goods. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking in the back and at the side of building. Some pay and free street parking. Purchased from the Too Good To Go app and I got a huge bag of food! The produce was only very slightly imperfect. Will go back again.

Seriously , I need to give these guys all the credit they deserve !
They are an amazing young team full of love and devotion. Treating every client like a friend , sharing their produce like they’ve been growing themselves .
So here is my review , if you want fresh products at the best price and amazing service with people that care , well , GO THERE .

We really like this store, prices overall are pretty good, less than Save on, Safeway and the big stores, serve the little person and they'll serve you

I like this store because I have found a lot of products which are fresh, even if it's not seasonal products.
My sister and me went in just to check what the prices are and we also found out that they sell some Mexican products even cheaper than some Mexican stores. That made us very happy because every time we look for jalapeños in cans, refried beans, tostadas or mole we know we can go here and the best thing is that this place is so close where we live.
Another thing we love buying here is green tomatoes (or some people know them as tomatillos), they are sold either in can or just fresh and the best thing is that is very affordable. We usually buy it once a week because we love to make green salsa or for a meal such as enchiladas.
The store also has good deals or when they want to get rid of some stuff later, they sell them as small packages but they are still fresh.
I highly recommend this store because of the quality and variety of products. Definitely I am not disappointed at all and very happy when purchasing every time here.

Here i get fresh quality produce for a good price. They have a decent selection of Asian food products too. So much better than the chain grocery stores

This store always seems to have items which I cannot find at Safeway like Filipino spaghetti sauce and Kewpie mayo. The staff being super nice is an added bonus. 😁

An AWESOME FAMILY own local grocery store . Supporting local business is way better than going to an upscale organization. The owners and staff really understand what it means to execute customer experience and satisfactions. It's a very warm welcoming environment. Also with the deals in store, can't help with smiling from cheeks to cheeks.

I go and shop in this store each week. The vegetables are not always fresh but at least 3-4 days a week, they have good selection of vegetables coming from just the Lower Mainland farms. The prices are not as expensive as the giant groceries and the staff are friendly, easy to talk to, very straightforward and polite. It's a small store with nothing fancy to display-mostly basic food of Asians, South Asians and Middle Easterners. They have some old selection of fruits and veggies outside, selling for a dollar per bag; some items inside the bags are no longer eatable but you can find some apples, for example, 3 or 4 pieces good to eat. They don't deny the oldness of the veggies. What you see is what you get. The staff are hardworking people. The store provides you with the small village type of convenience. If you live in the countryside, this is the store. If you are near or in New Westminster, this store provides you the ambience of those old time businesses that you seldom see now. I'm giving it 5 stars as it deserves.

This place has casual environment and friendly pricing produces, also lots of unique ingredients.
I appreciate they are selling overipe fruits at bargain price. I really don't mind eating super juicy sweet plum that i bought yesterday in a hurry before everything goes to waste. It is delicious and did not damage my wallet.

If you want to experience shopping with nice display and comfortable surrounding, there are some big chain supermarket nearby with higher price to pay. But there are also expenses of throwing out tons of edible produces for their nice displays. If you can, support this small business for reducing our wastes and giving more time for us to enjoy the results of hard work from the farmers.

Recently visited to get fruits and vegetables for a family event. I was amazed at how friendly the staff is and the quality of produce available. Fresh fruits and veggies at such affordable prices!

Really affordable fruits and vegetables, family business, nice customer service. They now have money exchange at a very good rate i got 1.48 can$ for 1€ without any fee! That's excellent! There is a Ria money transfer but have never use the service. They also carry frozen fish and seafood, nuts...

I've been going for years. Good produce for Excellent prices. Worth the trip for that alone!
A decent selection of dry and freezer goods as well. Some things you wouldn't expect either. Like frozen goat meat.

I drive here often to get their $1 produce deals - TBH, they are still fresh but may not be visually appealing to others anymore and that's why they just sell in such a low price (like very minor dots or discoloration). They also have produce that are on sale like strawberries and leafy veggies.

I have gone to other produce markets and their $1 deals are almost moldy.

Amazing customer service from Aftab! We just moved into this area a few weeks ago and so happy to have this place right next to us. So convenient! The mangoes were so sweet!

I'd give Best Seasons Produce store good stars because of the way it does its business. The people who run this store are just ordinary people and you can tell they're doing their best to provide what the customers want. The store is old but just ok. The produce on certain days are fresh but as the week ends, there are some signs of oldness and lack of freshness. They sell some not good veggie outside at cheap price. It's up to the customers to buy or not and some still do. The people who work here, along with the owner, Ahmed are humble and don't argue with difficult customers. The store is a representation of those in country villages. Parking in front is available for a fee from the city of New West. At the back, there is parking but not readily accessible to the store. The store does foreign currency exchange on the side. Between Safeway nearby and Save on Foods close by, the store can't compete but the prices that the store charges are reasonable compared to the unionized environment of Save On Foods and Safeway. The store is laid out simply and you can tell the employees do their best to sort out vegetables. They're also open on holidays. They sell some sea foods and some canned goods, rice, noodles, oil and other ethnic food. There is a personal touch in the store as mostly who buy from it are people who also live in the neighborhood. Most of all, the people who work here are hard working. They mean it as their way of life and they appear to be very serious making a living which I don't is they earn much.. You can't find a lot of store like it anymore, Humbly selling vegetable is a bustling city.
