The people at Trican are amazing! I was able to get a same day appointment, they got a car from port moody and washed it up very quickly, and it only got better from there. I dealt with Wesley and he was very honest and informative. After not being able to sell my Jeep as quickly as I was hoping, they took a look at it and gave me a very fair trade in offer, better than the other 5 dealers that offered me pitiful amounts to put it on their lot. I took home my new Chrysler 300 today and I’m so glad I was able to do it through them. To sum up, Trican Auto is honest, professional, and has a really cool variety in their inventory.

After a long search for a vehicle I found the most amazing car at Tricam Auto. My car had been gone through meticulously. Not only was my car visually perfect but mechanically perfect as well. The mechanics really go the extra mile to make sure u get a solid dependable car. Steven answered ever question I had and got back to me promptly. He was also a lot of fun to work with. The people here really care about you and making sure your happy with your purchase. I absolutely love my new Mini Cooper. Jay and Wesley from Trican Auto were professional, transparent, and respectful when selling a vehicle to me. Jay ensured that the transaction went smoothly and the vehicle was in a good condition. I came back a couple of weeks later and they changed the transmission fluid free of charge (since it needed to be replaced soon). I highly recommend this dealership! You get an honest and straightforward approach with no "slick" sale tactics.

I do not write reviews. But I felt I have to write one to rave about this hidden gem and my experience.

My husband and I stumble at "Trican Auto Sales" when we were hunting for a 4x4 SUV- to take off roading. Honestly, there were so many places selling used car that was overpriced and when we test drive the cars...i didn't think it was worth the price they were asking for. . We been to North Van, Coquitlam, Burnaby, Surrey , white rock and New wesminster to name a few places.

At Trican Auto sales we met Jay and Jose. The place was small however they were honest and transparent with the transaction. And that's what I was looking for. I wanted to work with honest people and not there to just make a sale. Who wants to pay for an overpriced SUV? The SUV we bought was not overprice comparing to other dealership. They even work with the price i can afford and honestly.. who would do that? most car dealership that we dealt with during our hunt for the perfect SUV was selling us higher prices, higher mileage etc., with Trican they were transparent and fair, and was not aggressive to make a sale. Couldn't be more happier with my SUV. (SUV was perfect, low millage, well maintained, fair price, runs smoothly). Thank you Trican Auto Sales! We need more honest business like you!

Very friendly staff to deal with. They offer fair deals and are honest people. I bought a mercedes glk 250 which I was very pleased with ! I also purchased warranty which I recommend for anyone buying a used vehicle.

Hats off to Mr Yilong Jiang and the knowledgeable team at this fabulous dealership tucked away in New Westminster for matching me today with my wonderful Mitsubishi Outlander! Professional, courteous, open, patient, friendly, helpful, efficient, polite, honest and willing to go the extra mile -- Mr. Jiang and the team won me over, after I encountered the opposite at other places, and what a great deal they made for me, accepting my low offer and Mr Jiang even going out and buying me a tank of gas. Classy! All the documentation, searches, manuals, service records, were provided and presented promptly upon my request, and it was a joy dealing with them. I'll be back!
