I first came to Jenny almost 10 years ago at her old location. Before that, I went to another centre for laser hair removal but wasn't able to achieve my desired results. Jenny's machine is extremely effective and I was already seeing results by my second session! I've only needed 1 touch-up recently because of child birth (with my last session being 7 years ago!).

Had an appointment for skin tag removal. Jenny was very professional, friendly and explained the procedure and what to expect. There was some discomfort with larger tags and with sensitive areas on the nose, but most were small and I felt almost nothing. I have been going to Jenny on and off since 2013. I had issues with hair growth on my face since I was a preteen and had tried everything to get rid of it- threading, waxing, sugaring, electrolysis and laser (you name it). I went to other laser places that made this hair growth 100x worse because hair on your face is a lot different than hair on your body. When I went to Jenny I was defeated and pretty much lost hope of my problem getting any better. I initially went to her for a Brazilian and told her about my problem with facial hair and that I was afraid to touch it with laser again. Jenny thoroughly explained why my hair growth had gotten worse and the importance of using certain type of lasers for the face as when you use the wrong type of laser it can make things worse. I put my trust in her and my problem has improved 10 fold. This made me realize how important it is to go to someone who is knowledgeable about this kind of stuff. I highly recommended her, she has literally made my quality of life better by not always having to worry about my facial hair. She is pretty much stuck with me for life anytime I need to get a touch up done.

I met Jenny through a friend of mine, when her business was offering a promo last year. I was a little hesitant about laser hair removal because I was scared of how painful it might be for me, as well as a little skeptical about what the results may look like. But I was definitely proven wrong. I paid for 7 sessions, and from my first session, all the way to my last, Jenny was super friendly throughout the whole process! I am so pleased with how it turned it out for me (I got my underarms done) and I can finally feel confident in my skin, especially now that it's summer time!

The clinic was super clean, and Jenny ensured she followed all Covid-19 protocols. She's super easy to communicate with, and her booking forms online was easy to use as well. The parking is a little difficult around the area just because there has been construction for the past year, but otherwise, super easy to walk to from New Westminster Skytrain station.

This is a long overdue review. Ive only gone here couple times for underarm (once) and Brazilian (twice). The results are the best I have ever experienced. I barely have hair coming back. If any really. Don't hesitate to spend your money here it's worth it for the result.

I highly recommend Grace Laser and Skincare. I go to Jenny for all my laser needs, even though I live and work in Richmond. It’s worth the travel. Such a good feeling to know I’ll never need to deal with razor-burn, ingrown hairs, or nicking myself ever again. She’s got me completely hairless but I still go back to her for IPL. Jenny is very honest, and will always give you her professional opinion; she’s not going to try to sell you on anything you don’t need, or promise results you can’t achieve just to make a quick buck. And her specials are the best value in all of the lower mainland. Definitely check this place out! I always send my friends and family her way when they come to me with skin concerns.

This is one of the best places for laser skin care, massage and facials! Jenny is very comforting and she truly understands the science behind the services. Grace Laser is a little out of the way for me, but it is WELL worth the trip. Jenny is knowledgeable, friendly and highly efficient. She is passionate about the care she is providing for your skin, and it shines through in her thoughtful suggestions and gentle treatment. I purchased 3 IPL treatments and was pleased with the results after just one. I did not however read the fine print, and was pleasantly surprised when I was booked in for a complimentary facial, which was a lovely treat.
The cleanliness of the clinic is impeccable, and Jenny is very welcoming. When you arrive for your treatment ring the doorbell and she will come and let you in.

I have been with Jenny over 3 years. She is very knowledgeable and understand the needs of customer. She charges fair price and result I get is what I expected. I completed my full body hair remove treatments with her over the past 2 years and now I am working on my skin and wrinkle problems with her. Sometimes, she will offer free treatment to me to show her appreciation. Now even I move to white rock, but I still drive long way to see her for treatments.
