I always look forward to my visits, it's a great experience each time. Sharlene is excellent at what she does, and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I've been going for years and am so incredibly thankful to have been introduced to her. Thanks to her I've never had to deal with underarm hair, etc. If you want permanent hair removal done right, North Shore Electrolysis Clinic is the place.

Sharlene is fantastic! I have been her client for a couple of years and she is extremely accommodating, friendly, and kind. She works out of her home and does a great job with making sure her space is clean for every client. She truly cares about her work and her clients and that is rare in today’s world. Her prices are fair and she is very responsive when trying to book or move appointments. I much prefer her relaxed environment to a stuffy, overpriced studio.

I frequently visit Sharlene to have her apply "eyelashes extensions". She always does an amazing job, and creates such a relaxed atmosphere... I even fell asleep a few times!. Before I was recommended to her I was going to one of the cheapo salons on Lonsdale, but the eyelashes were always falling off within 2 - 3 weeks, When Sharlene does them they've always held on 6 - 8 weeks or longer. Plus, she's super gentle and easy to communicate with, with puts me at ease a lot more. I highly recommend!

Sharlene is incredibly professional, experienced, and upfront about what to expect from electrolysis. She offers flexible scheduling and adapts her clinic atmosphere to make her clients comfortable. Her steady hand and background in nursing are assuring. She also is well-read in evidenced-based research and offers a free consultation for clients who are new to electrolysis and have questions. Highly recommend for permanent hair removal.

I highly recommend North Shore Electrolysis. Sharlene is a fabulous electrologist with many years of experience (and it shows!). She is incredibly kind with a calm disposition. After having a bad experience with another electrologist I was hesitant to continue with electrolysis, but Sharlene took a no-pressure approach and was very willing to answer any questions I had and alleviate a lot of my anxiety. I've seen her regularly for 6 months and have already noticed a significant improvement. I am incredibly happy with the results so far. To top it all off she has the best prices of any electrologist that I'm aware of in the greater Vancouver area.

When I first called to make a consult appointment the owner made me feel comfortable and at ease with her calm and professional manner. I have now been going for treatment for almost 1 year with amazing results. I have been so pleased I am now getting treatments on other areas.Her knowledge and experience in electrolysis is exceptional. The owner is so professional, patient and committed to her work. The salon is very clean, comfortable and professional. I love the privacy of the salon and her prices are more than reasonable given the expertise and care she gives. Sharlene seems nice at first, but she turned out to be very ignorant about her own white privilege. After a respectful discussion with her and leaving pleasantly after an appointment, she avoided me and wouldn’t respond when I was trying to rebook. She is cowardly, and her basement isn’t the cleanest place. Her desk is a huge mess and I’ve seen old eggshells strewn across her papers. If you want to go to her, make sure never to talk about anything meaningful. We can do better than this.
