As a wedding photographer, I had the pleasure of working at a wedding with an incredible setting. The venue was simply stunning, with breathtaking views that made for the perfect backdrop for capturing beautiful photographs.
I was also impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff.
The food was equally great.
Overall, I was thrilled to work there, and I believe that the photos captured the beauty and magic of the day perfectly. The stunning venue, exceptional service, and delicious food all combined to make this a truly unforgettable wedding. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect setting for their special day.

A fairly simple school event turned into something special. All the stuff we interacted with were kind and helpful, the food that was provided was of great quality. The room was comfortable and I would suddenly consider using this venue for another event.

I booked this venue for my father's celebration of life. Sandy is literally the best and I cannot recommend booking this venue enough, because she was so sweet and helped us so much. She made everything so easy for us on a day that was very emotional and stressful. The venue is beautiful, the food was great and the staff were all professionals.

Unbelievable views, course was in fantastic shape, and the marshals make sure nobody plays too slow. Challenging enough for good golfers, nice enough for beginners. Come here on Monday (non member day) for an experience you won't soon forget!

Had our wedding here. Everyone so helpful and kind. We have gone back 2 years in a row on our anniversary and it was a great experience. Mike is the manager is an incredible person and wonderful to deal with. The food is exceptional and the view is awesome. Highly recommend going there

Only open to public on Mondays, and I am very glad they are. The pro shop staff are great, the driving range is beautiful and the course is immaculately maintained. It's such an incredible experience golfing here.

Dinning room review only (i dont golf). Always a lovely time. They have GF options (just ask the servers). Service a d food is always good.

this is a private golf club, but there are public days every tuesday. it is located across the street from the fully public northlands golf course as well. if you join this club or participate in the public day, you can partake of the very good menu of the restaurant before you play, and there is a 15 stall driving range on site as well. the course itself is relatively short, but there are significant elevation changes as it is located on the side of the mountain. the views are spectacular, and really the course is too. there are sweeping fairways with challenging green locations and strategically placed water and trees and sand. it is a walkable course, which most people choose to do. the pace of play is quite quick; typical for a private course. overall, and excellent golf course if you join. the membership initiation and monthly fees are very reasonable compared to other private clubs. if you live on the north shore, and like to golf, this might be an option for you.

I attended my High School Grad union last night, June 24th, at Seymour Golf and Country Club and was very impressed!
The appetizers and roast beef on bun was absolutely delicious 😋!!

What a course. Everyone on the North Shore talks about Capilano GC, but Seymour GC was an unbelievable experience. The course is in outstanding condition, the pro-staff are very friendly, the course itself is challenging and very scenic. Also, the addition of a full driving range makes this place huge value and great time. I was just a guest, but would love to play again.

Our wedding went smoother than we had hoped, due to the fantastic logistical and organizational work by Sandy and her team. She was a pleasure to work with, even with all the delays and uncertainty we faced with our original date landing square in the middle of COViD. She was always very responsive and organized, able to answer any and all of the questions we had in short order. The food at our reception was top-notch as well. We had a few picky eaters in our guest list, but all of them came up to us throughout the night to tell us just how delicious everything was. The venue was stunning, and beautiful enough that we only needed minimal decoration work before-hand. She took initiative on the day to reach out to our other vendors on our day to coordinate and make sure that everything related to the venue ran seamlessly. We would recommend Seymour Golf & Country Club for any couples looking for a venue, and Sandy as a gem on top of a beautiful space.

We celebrated my cousin's birthday with a lunch here and it was excellent. We were treated like royalty. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were just right. I had the seafood salad and it was delicious as well as beautifully put together. My aunt brought a cake and the waiter bought it out after the meal with a sparkler in it and we all (including our waiter and the manager) sang Happy Birthday. We also thoroughly enjoyed a breathtaking view of the golf course. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I had our wedding at this venue on Aug 27,2016 and everything was perfect! their event Coordinator "Sandy Day" and her amazing staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and to help us out executing our big day. Their balcony view is gorgeous in the summer and perfect for wedding portraits!
Everything was well organized and the food was great! A lot of things were included that many venues don’t' include - ceremony chairs, ceremony Microphone and speaker, Table cloths, napkins, plenty of tables for gifts, speakers in reception room, microphone and etc.
I highly recommend this venue if you want a well organized and stress-free event 

We had our wedding reception here in September and we lucked out and had beautiful weather which was great for taking pictures outside on the patio and golf course. I even heard some guests comment on how nice the golf course was with its scenic backdrop of trees and nature.

The staff including our coordinator Sandy, were very helpful and accommodating which made our wedding experience that much more special. The reception service was smooth and the staff finished preparing the food right on schedule which was great. The staff were so nice and the food was just as good as when we tried it a few months before. We selected the "Indian Arm Buffet" and were able to have the seafood platter as appetizers for the cocktail hour beforehand, which was a great idea for our guests. My only suggestion is that if your guests aren't big seafood eaters, to then select another buffet option to suit them as the only non-seafood meat item was the beef carving station. But, there are many excellent options and Sandy can arrange the menu to your needs.

Also, we were able to decorate the place the night before which was great. However, if there was another wedding on friday night, I guess we wouldn't have been so lucky.

All in all, it was an excellent venue and we had a beautiful wedding without breaking the bank.

I had the pleasure of being a guest for men’s night. This course is in amazing shape, the food and service was first class. Don’t be fooled by the score card thinking it will be easy. Pay attention to where the flag is and make sure you leave yourself an up hill putt.

Excellent golf experience. Beautiful setting in the North Shore mountains. Challenging course with many interesting holes. Highly recommend golfing here. Mondays are the only day available to the public.

Perfect setting for wedding banquet. Great lunch for non members on every Monday

Excellent golf course and always in top shape. I've only played here on public Monday's, which is nice that they allow the public to play. The course is challenging, greens are in good shape and the fairways are cut to perfect length. Will keep playing here as much as I can.
