End of the Line General Store

I could be selfish and nostalgic about the little gem « off the grid » we have enjoyed for so many years and keep it secret. « Unfortunately » it is now a very popular place for gravel bikers, mountain bikers, hikers and trail runners. Too popular usually means lower service quality. NOT here ! Service is fast, efficient with always good interaction and smiles. At rush time like week end days, Coffees are as tasty as quiet week moments. Smiling and attentive staff and great sweet treats or sandwiches are a great reward after few hours in the outdoor. Love this place.

Friendly staff, excellent hot chocolate. As a general store it has many commodities.I love going there.

A great rest point for coffee and toilet break. I was here 4 years ago and they used to have more tables and seats.

Great store with lots of neat things. Candies, kitchen items, pantry goods, fresh food and coffees. Tables outside to sit at and enjoy the day.

First time here and wow, was I impressed. They have a bit of everything. Great food, great drinks, great local products. And the staff were so friendly and quick. Quality all of the way around. A definite must stop. Picked up this cool mossy fridge magnet.

Great little place for hot chocolate, snacks, and ice cream after hiking. A cute little store with a variety of things. I didn't try the ice cream or baked goods but heard they're supposed to be very good.

The locally made samosas with chutney are always fresh and yummy. Espresso is from JJ bean - always on the dark side, I am hopping this will change one day and there are better coffee alternatives. The shop is very relaxing and cozy with lots of small neat things around for sale. The wifi is a rescue since there is almost no mobile service in the area. A nice place to do some work and focus.

Such a cute place with so much to offer! Coffees and beverages are delicious, as are their sandwiches and baked goods. We went pre-hike and went back post-hike since it was so yummy! Highly recommend :) thanks to Guess Where Trips for introducing us to this gem!

A hybrid Coffee, Food and Gift Store that seemed to carry a little bit of everything. They were clearly going for a General Supply Store of yesteryear look and feel and they hit it right on. Grabbed my Latte and the Cheesecake Brownie and sat on the outdoor chairs. Enjoyed myself thoroughly.

Had ice cream after a nature walk here. Perfect little place to stop by 😊

We are frequent visitors to the "End of the Line" store. Located in the Lynn Valley neighbourhood, this is a gathering place that features unique gift items, tasty treats and my special selection of gluten free muffins. Highly recommend a visit.

A must go to store in Lynn Valley! Ran by locals and a very friendly environment.
Everything from great food, great drinks, great snacks, souvenirs and work from local artists.

A unique experience if you're in the neighborhood exploring Headwater Park. These guys are often named North Van's best neighborhood corner store experience for a great reason. ;)

They have ice cream options! It's more than just a typical corner store, plenty of different things to suit everyone browsing for something. Lots of outdoor seating on a nice sunny day. Very friendly and attentive staff. The store itself is lovingly maintained and stocked with everything from regular neighborhood corner store needs to even artisanal gifts or souvenirs.

Whenever we're coming out of the Headwater, it's a godsend knowing these guys are right there ready with cold bottles of water or ice cream. Check them out if you're on the trails nearby.

What a marvellous little community cafe and general store!! The staff were all so wonderful and kind. Their service is very quick and efficient and their coffee and baked goods are to die for! 10/10 would recommend going on hot sunny days for yummy ice cream or even on the rainiest or snowiest of days for nice hot beverages!! A must try is their warmed up gooey cinnamon buns ;) Love this place!

Wonderful locally run community shop with great gifts, art, toys/treats and a wonderful selection of sandwiches and coffee. Very friendly and welcoming staff with price that reflects the quality. They also have a fair amount of vegan and gluten free options. Will definitely be coming back!

So lucky to have this gem in our neighbourhood - have bought everything from ice cream to artwork here and often walk there and back in the summer for a quick coffee and a look round the store. Location is great, selection of food and goods (especially gifts) is fantastic and the patio is a perfect spot for watching the world go by. It could only be more perfect if they went back to opening in the evenings - would be great to be able to walk there for dessert!

Sat outside enjoying a good coffee and nice cake in the sun before continuing my cycling trip. Prices are okay, quality is good and staff is nice. Thanks!
