Urban Barn Warehouse – Pickup Only

Really good and helpful staff at front desk and warehouse. The gentleman helped us to measure the size of boxes and trunk space, then he helped positing an angle to make sure the two pieces of coffee table will fit in. Very happy about the service. Make sure you go around the pick up hours , i think Urban Barn is until 4pm while Crate and Barrel is 3pm. The warehouse is actually under AMJ Campbell.

Initial review: Witness the workers leaving early when I came in the elotted pick up window. Hardly picks up the phone. The most inconvenient pick up location and times.

Updated 5/18/22: Editing my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. After the aforementioned incident, AMJ Campbell was able to rectify the situation in a manner that was above and beyond while also convenient.

Not happy at all. I went and did my return transaction to return a rug, and its been more than a week and I have heard nothing from the warehouse. I have called an escalated this for a 2nd time at Urban barn signal hill. The staff at the urban barn are great, especially Signal Hill, but very disappointed by this system. Seems like they are delaying so I cant return, although I am in the time frame of return. I hope they can fix this soon!
Makes me concerned to purchase from Urban Barn again.
