Longo's Guelph

They have a nice selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. I noticed that their shelves are well organized and clean. They have signs above on each aile telling us what items are there. They do have self-serve machines and check out counters for people who are more comfortable being served by staff member. I don't mind doing the self-serve myself or being served by a staff member. The staff were very nice and helpful. Especially when I'm looking for popcorn, they direct me to the right aile.

They do have free parking with Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots and Entrances.

Awesome staff store-wide. Foodbar is great, thanks Carla and the whole crew for working hard to make sure lunch is optimal. Starbucks is great. Thanks Pedro for hiring such great people, yourself included.

Longo’s visits are always a pleasure.Loblaws could learn a few things. Longo’s Guelph has so many superstars like Matt in bakery who gave me two complimentary birthday decorations. And Brigette at cash who always has a smile on her face. Yes it can be that simple to be nice.

High quality, healthy, fresh, and delicious prepared foods. Excellent grocery selection, including many organic and unique items. Worth the drive from Cambridge which I have taken twice this week! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience shopping at Longo's. It's a first class grocery store with reasonable prices.

Store features a great layout with bright LED lighting.

Checkout was fast despite the crowds.

Longo's has a large bakery featuring many freshly made items. They are premium quality goods, and the price reflects that. They're in-house brand is also nice.

When looking for specialty foods,, this is a good place to go. For regular grocery shopping there are cheaper and better places to go.

One criticism, though, is the parking lot. It's small, overcrowded, and inconvenient to get in and out. Even worse, there will be other stores opening and sharing the same parking spaces. Be prepared on busy days, as parking overflows onto the neighboring residential roads.

Extremely clean, wonderful selection and absolutely amazing staff.

Always find something I need here. Like the different choice of products than regular grocery stores. Wish there was one in KW.

Radeeka in the bakery went above and beyond making cupcakes for my son's birthday. Her team was short staffed but she was able to squeeze in our order even if it meant working on her day off. Her kindness brought tears to my eyes and we hugged. The cupcakes looked fantastic and tasted even better. Just an amazing person and a great team!

I actually really like Longos!! Especially the bakery, it's so hard not to buy every type of bread and cake they have every time I go in! The cheesecakes are so tempting it's brutal 😂

This place has to offer best CAKES in the city. I would recommend to try their cakes, you wont be upset for sure. Only criticism would be their parking lot. Very small parking place and at certain times it becomes overcrowded.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this grocery store! It definitely is worth the drive if you do not have a Longo's near you. The selection is unreal - super clean and great customer service!!!

Wanted to give a shout out and 5-star rating to Patti (Floral Manager) for her support and expertise in the planning of flowers and making the corsage for my parents 60th wedding anniversary. The flowers and corsage were lovely and the deal was better than the florists in the region. Thank you!!

I love this store. They carry products you can't find anywhere else. Excellent baked goods, fresh produce, meat, fish. Ohhh!!!
Longo's makes the best fresh ground turkey products. I stock up on their ground turkey, cranberry burgers, Garlic and Honey sausages. Also the maple turkey breakfast sausages. 😋😋😋

I went to Longo's on a Thursday night last week for the first time in a long time to pick up some treats to give to some family members and colleagues. I remember it being the first supermarket in Guelph to mandate mask wearing. I loved my experience there and found the staff to be friendly, the selections of Christmas gifts to be plentiful. I was served by Brigitte on my way out and she was so pleasant. I found my experience to be safe, healthy and enjoyable and I highly recommend this supermarket. Thank you Longo's staff! For a different grocery store this is my go to. Longo brand itself does not disappoint. Usually get my turkeys here. This year ordered a roasted turkey & will do so again in the future.

This time, I saw prices that were more competitive with other outlets. That was nice. Went for a prepackaged salad for an event. Ended up getting $60 of other stuff too. I like the staff that help send you to the right till, while helping to keep everyone safe.

Food quality seemed 10/10.

The only place to shop in Guelph! Really fresh produce, dairy, meats, deli and bakery. Good product selection and really good store-brand products. Impeccably clean. And staff who understand customer service. I hope Sobeys purchase of Longos doesn't erode all of this but it hasn't so far.

Longo's is a great grocery store. Always so clean, organized and very well stocked.

Their staff, no matter what section/department, are very helpful and friendly. Always willing to help.

Their meat section is awesome, very fresh and losts of options and their pastry area is a must stop. They have the best cheese cake no matter the combination.
