Had acne since I was 10. 15 years later I can finally afford to take care of my skin. I've taken the time to find the clinic that I feel will take care of me best. Even if Guelph Facial Plastics is 2hrs from me, the drive was worth it. I've had CO2 Laser treatment done 7 months ago and the whole experience has been phenomenal. I was worried about the side effects due to having Asian skin but it turned out well.

Everyone at the clinic are very welcoming, informative, and ensured my comfort, especially during the treatment. Highly recommend!

I had an otoplasty surgery done at a different place about 5 years ago, which didn’t turn out very good and I started looking for another place to have a revision done.

Dr. Brace did a revision otoplasty and I could not be happier with the results! I wear my hair up pretty much every day now and an huge confidence boost not having to worry about my ears sticking out! Everyone made me feel so comfortable in the process of the surgery, and my ears healed up amazing.

As of yesterday, I can officially breathe through my nose! I have been unable to do so for as long as I can remember. I had a previous sinus surgery and septoplasty about 4 years ago, which left me with a crooked nose and worse breathing than before. I got second opinions and eventually found Dr. Brace through my own research. Everyone has been patient, kind, and professional. Kate and Jocelyn have been great in answering all my questions and assisting with insurance forms for work. Dr. Brace seems incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and very calming. This gave me confidence knowing I was in good hands which was important as I already had a surgery end badly. Ultimately, my nose is straight and functional which is all I could ask for. There is still more healing to go but I'm very happy so far. Thank you to the whole team!

Dr. Brace performed a rhinoplasty and septoplasty with stellar results. The aesthetics and function of my nose are greatly improved. I have also had laser treatment to my face, thereby, removing and smoothing decades of wrinkles. Love the result!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a medical clinic. Staff is amazing, professional and super knowledgeable. Can’t say enough about Dr. Brace. He is a first class surgeon. He truly cares about everyone. The new clinic is in the top of its class. One visit and you will be blown away. From when you enter the building to being greeted by staff. The building has been designed with the future in mind for modern medical care. I was treated for a cancerous skin spot on my forehead and you cannot see any resemblance of the spot. Had a fantastic experience with Dr. Brace and the team. Went for a parotidectomy and while I was a bit nervous about possible complications, the surgery went flawlessly. Brilliant surgeon!

At the first appointment, when Dr. Brace examined my parotid gland, he noticed I had a cyst on the back of my neck. I had been suffering with it (it was painful because it turns out it was infected) for almost a week and dragging my feet about making an appointment with my family doctor. Dr. Brace drained the cyst right then and there which instantly relieved pain. I felt so much better! He sent me home with a prescription for antibiotics which fixed the problem. Very kind and caring doctor!

All the staff are wonderful and highly professional as well. Kate was very helpful faxing documents I needed for work. Jocelyn was great at my followup appointment. Thought it was going to be uncomfortable getting the stitches removed, but I didn't even notice.

My overall experience has been nothing more than amazing!! Nurse Jocelyn is so personable yet, professional and so knowledgeable for all my skincare needs. I can not thank the front staff enough for their warm welcome at every visit as well.

He was able to keep me distracted by just talking and telling me about a recent trip he just got back from helping others.
