Very Nice Walmart Super Centre. . It is well set up . Clean store with lots of room to move around. Vegetable area is Stocked with lots of Fresh well displayed Vegetables.

Staff here are very friendly and glad to help in anyway that they can. The store is always clean, neat and tidy. Usually very well stocked and I can find the products that I'm looking for.

Absolutely incredible staff and service at the photo centre at this location!

I had multiple delays and issues at the rymal location so I thought I would give the brantford location a try. Before making an order I called ahead and asked the staff if next day order would actually be ready next day (as I had issues at rymal giving me my order after 1 week).

The staff at brantford on the phone assured me that the order would be ready next day or even same day! This was a huge relief as I am a business owner and rely on this printing service for my customers orders. Some I placed the order in the morning and by 5pm my order was ready the same day!

Thank you so much Brantford walmart photo centre staff! I am now a loyal customer to your location for all my business needs!

It was great, a lady named Clarissa helped us and was super nice and sweet. Same with the door greeter David, he's the nicest! Thanks walmart!

“While talking and chatting as one of the last shoppers going through in-person checkout on evening of September 27/‘23 my brother and I forgot one of our full shopping bags. All meat worth more than 90 bucks. We didn’t notice til I got home and store closed. The next day went in with receipt but I had paid in cash so no debit info. Saira, our Walmart associate working at returns desk actually took the time and looked over the security video to check our story. As Isaac our Walmart cashier was not in yet when we came back but he had put the bag aside in storage so we could retrieve it if we came back. Of course it was meat mostly so just in case Saira got the okay to replace all the meat with fresh. Totally happy outcome with the staff at Walmart especially Saira and Isaac who were professional and courteous. Saved us. Kudos to Walmart for having them. Thanks.

Photo Centre staff have wonderful customer service. Kind and helpful, was able to turn this wonderful frame into a nice decoration.

I had to return some items that I had just purchased yesterday because of duplications. The lady at the customer service desk was very courteous and helpful. I then went to the self checkout to pay for items purchased this morning. I'm not a big fan of self checkout but the registers with cashiers were only 2 or 3.

Walmart is getting expensive but gas lot of stuff and there Rollback is pretty good

Variety of items I shop for. Prices were very good. Meats were a little on the pricey side but other foods were priced very good. Don't like the having to bag your own groceries if you bring your own bags. Walmart have very poor handlers assisting in take out of groceries to your car. Only once have i had someone from Wal-Mart assist in lifting groceries into my vehicle. Usually I ask a passerby to help me. The guys passing by never refuse.

One of the few places that still sell a wide variety of magazines. Friendly staff. Quick in and out. Fewer mags now. Still a good variety. Store is rearranged. Not as efficient. Some decent prices.

Grocery pickup has been excellent. Waits have been short, staff is always friendly, and Walmart's great value brand is just that a great value. The only hiccup I have experienced is one I received a pack of blackberries that was moldy at the bottom (something the person picking wouldn't have seen without handling almost all the berries) after reporting it, Walmart was quick to provide a refund.

Good supermarket to shop at bigger than all the grocery store at a cheap price

Customer service representative was extremely helpful. Walked me directly to the product I couldn't find and ensured that I had no other questions or needed anything else. Amazing!

Lady at the photocenter was great! I printed off 5x7's which came with a thick white border. When I asked her about this she offered to cut the white off of all my pictures. Within 10 minutes they were done!

My Family got some good deals for gifts and back to School

I was just offered a water while I wait for my online order pickup! That was a pleasant surprise. (I did not take it because plastic but still surprisingly good customer service). Kudos to Walmart Brantford! I should add that the person who answered my call when I arrived for my pickup was also very pleasant.

I went to Walmart Brantford to get a pair of glasses. I had looked around and had looked at some of the reviews from pretty much most places and although there was negative ones I decided they were probably going to be the best price. The service that I received from all of the staff and the eye doctor his eye doctor himself was nothing short of incredible... Although it only took a week to get the glasses from the time I ordered to the time they arrived I wasn't able to pick them up for a few weeks after that due to my car being in the garage getting work done. Pick up my glasses yesterday and I must say I am so impressed pressed as it turned out with my with my eyeglasses my vision with the glasses is 2020 and for a man of 61 years of age I'm real happy with that thank you so much to the entire staff of Walmart I smart eyeglass center in Brantford Ontario
