Best Western Brantford Hotel And Conference Centre

Although the room was a little more dated than other BW in which we have stayed, it was immaculately clean, and super quiet despite the many guests in the hotel. It offered plush towels, a fridge and microwave, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a complete surprise to us, and was excellent, with varied offerings and fresh ingredients. The servers were also extremely attentive to our needs. Most importantly, the greeting we received upon check-in (and other times we went by the front desk) by Kim was wonderful; she was friendly and personable, and a true asset to your hotel as the first contact guests have. This hotel has plenty of parking, and the ground floor rooms have sliding doors which are convenient for taking luggage in and out. It is located right off a major highway.

Great service, excellent staff. The breakfast was awesome. Pool and wading pool and tub is an excellent place for kids. Also, a playground outside the back. Many security guards walking the hotel and property.

Was very happy with our stay at the Best Western. We had a king bed room in the Gretzky wing, and was very impressed. It was like a suite, with separate living room and bedroom. Very spacious. The room was perfectly clean, and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Staff at the front desk was quick, and kind.

Great quiet location, amazing staff and exceptional manager, Joanne. We stayed there for 3 nights arranged by the Canadian Turkish Friendship Center (CTFC). They were extremely accomodating and understanding. Definitely recommend if you want a relaxing getaway.

The king size room with the fireplace and whirlpool was to die for the bed was good pillows were very soft very comfy room closet door couldn't open breakfast was a 3 out of 5 the air conditioner and heater smelled bad so we just used fireplace and fan stunk nice view of a playground was on the main level close to swimming pool and hot tub those were amazing to bad the sauna was closed

We had our girl's birthday party in one of their meeting rooms, price was very ok, we had a bar service by the side, our guest really loved it. Very friendly staff.

I suppose the old adage, you get what you pay for would be appropriate here. Look, it's not bad - It's just not good - It's okay. I've stayed here twice in the past year. The room last year on the first floor was in desperate need of a facelift. My room this year was on the second floor. It was nice, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast both times was quite good, better than most. The desk, restaurant and cleaning staff were all friendly. They need to hire a part time groundskeeper. Weeds have taken over the landscaping and the parking lot is not well kept.

We came as a Turkish committee and we were a large group. We were very pleased with everything in the hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean.

I don’t even know where to start! Bev the manager of the front desk on Friday Aug 24th was beyond incredible. Comfort inn screwed us for our wedding weekend and best western and their staff completely went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They had 1 room left and gave it to us no questions asked. They checked on us and made everything at ease! Thank you Bev for making our wedding weekend!

Clean nice and spacious. Pool is great and jacuzzi is amazing.

I’ve been coming for the last few months due to my work. At first it was great but my last few stays haven’t been pleasant.
A few weeks ago I stayed here and I was in my room laying in my bed about to fall asleep but then I heard my door start opening. Thank God I had the latch on I looked out of the door hole and I see the front desk guy trying to get into my room. I am a single female by myself. This was about 7 PM at night stating he was doing a welfare check on me which was completely strange. I wonder if this has happened before

I think it’s really creepy of him.
I am mediately packed my stuff and laughed, quite scary as being a single person by her self and staff trying to come in the room
The staff name is “PRASOON"

Now ever since this happened, I feel like "PRASOON"has had a problem with me every time I’ve called the front desk. He’s very unprofessional when he speaks to me. I wasn’t going to post a review, but at this point I don’t think it should slide anymore, and it should be handled by management.
And it seems like he’s the only one I’m having a problem with.

All the other staff I’ve got along with that works at the front desk It’s always pleasant when I’m checking in with them.

The location is convenient.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Spacious rooms, great restaurant and Kim at the front desk was so friendly, helpful and definitely a valued employee. Would stay here again. Restaurant staff were professional and attentive to everyone.

This place is just too good and they treated us too well to forget. The breakfast was out of this world. I recommend its to anyone looking for good place to stay in Brantford and around. Keep up the good work guys

Upgraded from a standard queen to a fireplace queen by member status. Large clean quiet rooms. Good services. Good breakfast. Convenient location.

The hotel is very well maintained, excellent staff, very clean rooms and throughout the hotel. Also, the breakfast was great.
