Thanks so much to Jeff and Andy for allowing us to test drive the 2024 Sonata. They did this because our dealership doesn’t have any in stock yet. Most importantly they did it knowing that we wouldn’t be buying it there since we have a long term relationship with our salesperson.
Andy is very knowledgeable about the products and didn’t rush us at all. I recommend going to see Andy at Brantford Hyundai for good and attentive service.

I own Hyundai Tucson 2013 year model vehicle which recently encountered the engine issue. I got it towed to Hyundai Brantford dealership for further diagnosis. Terry Carmichael and Mike Flux from the service department team evaluated if my vehicle's engine repair will be covered under the extended warranty. They submitted the relevant papers for maintenance records and filed the warranty claim for the engine replacement to Hyundai Canada for approval. I was even provided the rental vehicle which tremendously helped us as a family without any interruption to our daily routine. The service department technical team installed the new engine and my car was back on the road and fully operational with great quality and workmanship. The whole repair process was easy, seamless and transparent for us.
Both Terry and Mike are extremely polite, courteous and professional with exceptional customer-centric approach.
The entire team worked with us to answer our questions and find the right solution for us. The customer service and communication was outstanding with our positive experience.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for the vehicle repair service and purchase need to check the Brantford Hyundai dealership team. I will definitely be back to call them for the service when the time comes!.

After an earlier positive experience, I brought my elderly mother here after her car was written off in an accident. She was devastated at the loss of her car as it was the last car she and my father had purchased before he passed away. We even went so far as to try and find a decent replacement. Oddly there is not a surpluse of 2011 Dodge Avengers on the market. I explained the situation to Tim and Jeff, and both of them dropped what they were doing and gave my mother the royal treatment. After choosing what had to be the lowest price car on the lot my mother pointed out she could not reach the trunk on the hatchback. Without giving it a second thought they said they would modify the trunk to include a strap she could pull on. I would like to point out that this dealership has more than one 6 figure car in their showroom at any given time. They treated my mother as though she were purchasing one of these cars. We never had to wait, and the car was prepared and modified ( at no extra charge ) on time. My mother went from being devastated to delighted and I credit the staff at Brantford Hyundai 100% for this. I would never hesitate to purchase another car from this company. The world would simply be a better place if more companies operated like this. I would strongly urge you to take any negative reviews you read here with a grain or two of salt.

The person (I'm sorry that I remembered his name) who took care of my appointment, gave me a very detail information about my service. He came a few times, while I was waiting for changing engine oil, explain what my needed to be done, why and how much the cost will be. At the end of the service I was impressed my car was so cleaned inside, and he left a kind memo and a candy. It was very impressive!

I have never met a more honest, relaxed, and friendly car sales person before meeting Rick. We discussed what we wanted, what we needed. And Rick expertly recommended the perfect car for us. We test drove a couple of cars. And Rick allowed us time to think about it before we came back and made a decision. You will not feel pressured, or rushed to make a decision to buy a car when talking to Rick.

Once we decided to get the car, Rick set us up with Judy to finalize the financing and documents. Without her we wouldn’t be able to get the car.

My service tech Jeff was quick to acknowledge me when I walked in, he confirmed the work being done on my vehicle and gave me an approximate time frame I’d be waiting. The work was completed quicker than anticipated and after a brief explanation of the bill, I was advised to return in 100kms to check the tires. I got into my freshly vacuumed vehicle and enjoyed the mint left for me on my drive out. Exceptional service.

Our vehicle needed a new engine due to a manufacturer defect. Mike from the service department was easy to work with and was very responsive. The new engine arrived and was installed within two weeks. Hyundai set up a rental car for us at Enterprise. Entire process was easy and painless.

Had my winter tires changed at this branch. Really really loved the Valet service, it was convenient and they even vacuumed my car! They checked my car alignment and found it was off, so Terry called to inform me and get my authorization to proceed with realignment. Payment was easy too - they send you a text message with a link and you can pay online. Overall, the level of convenience as well as superb service is fabulous! Would highly recommend!

Brantford Hyundai’s service department are second to none! I had my brakes fixed and there were a few extra issues which Steve kept me informed with options and prices. Always a friendly welcome when I go to the service department.

Great experience - the valet pickup and drop off worked flawlessly, the drivers were both polite and cheerful, in fact the driver who returned the vehicle took the trouble to come and find me in the back yard when I didn't respond at the front door!
I also liked the ability to receive text messages about progress or queries, and the ability to view my invoice and pay online.
All in all excellent service.

Had my 2009 Genesis sedan repaired. The service team was very considerate of keeping costs within budget. They're easy to talk to and will help you decide which repairs are crucial vs which can wait for future consideration. They're always eager to do what's best for you so that you feel good coming back.

Amazing Service. I had a catastrophic damamge to a tire. They took me in on the spot with no appointment. The tire i needed was not in stock, but to keep me going the sevice manager loaned me a tire on a rim to use while i waited dor mine to arrrive. The new tire arrived and was ready on the day they said and was installed and i was on my way in no time. I highly recommend this dealership and service department.

The best service! Love the new valet service pick up. I scheduled my Elantra for a routine oil change, they picked up my car, did the oil change early, and brought my car back to me. They even vacuumed cleaned it! It looks like the day I bought it.

Brantford Hyundai provides exceptional service. From their very clean show room, extremely profession sale people (Tim) to the service department (Mike Flux), they are one of a kind.

I ran into issues with my Hyundai Santa Fe. Initially I tried to go to Mountain Hyundai but they didn't want to assist me at all. After calling around to different Hyundai dealerships, Brantford Hyundai was able to assist me immediately. The moment I called, they were able to book me in for an engine diagnostic within 1 to 2 days. After dropping my vehicle off at Brantford Hyundai, they called me to say that my vehicle was covered under warranty and the engine would be replaced.

Mike Flux was amazing to deal with, everything's was smooth and convenient. There were multiple methods of communication but I mainly used text message. Mike updated me with regards to my vehicle and the status of the repair.

Just want to give a big shout out and appreciation for the amazing service I get every year with the Service folks at Hyundai 💖💕 valet pick up at my door stored my tires so I decided not have to worry about carrying and storing them. Oil change and winterized, vacuumed and a sweet little note and mint left by my steering wheel. I'm a single woman 62 and it makes my life so much easier with this service.
