Just got my Jeep Gladiator back from the body shop at Brantford Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep. It was in for hinge warranty and the guys there did a spectacular job! This dealership really cares about the work they do & the customers they do the work for! Thank you to the manager Doug, Trevor the body guy and Carly the paint specialist. A perfect experience. Emma Murray was my salesperson who took care of everything. She is professional and very knowledgeable on the RAM truck line. She also did a great job researching and upgrading my wheels and tires to ones of my choice, for a reasonable adder and purchased the original tires and wheels from me. I was also very impressed that she followed up with me after the delivery to see if I had any questions and to ensure I still loved the new ride. I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Brantford Chrysler! We had no intentions of buying a new truck what so ever!!! We were literally just taking a drive through the lot to look as our son had just bought a new truck and my husband took it for a drive and of course loved it ! We didn't even think that you were open !!! Well my husband was looking at different trucks out came Spencer !!! Spoke very professionally and gave no pressure at all !! He said if there was anything he could do to let him know !! I spoke up and said well what can you do about my trade in !! He did what he had to do while we test drove two different trucks ! There were certain things I wanted in my new vehicle if that was going to happen ! Spencer said we can do all of what I was asking !! We were extremely happy with the trade in value and before you knew we had purchased the exact same truck as our son only a few more bells and whistles 🙃 Now we get the pleasure of working with Karen !!! Also very professional but fun at the same time Amazing is all I can say !!! I am hoping that we won't be needing anything new for awhile now (we had our last truck from there for 11 years)🙃 But will definitely recommend Brantford dealership to anyone that is looking !!!

Had a great experience at Brant Chrysler. Stephanie was the sales lady who helped us and she was AMAZING! Stephanie went above and beyond for us and helped us find a perfect truck for us within our budget. Walking in the showroom we weren't harassed by multiple people trying to push a sale, just a nice welcome and let me know if I can help you with anything. Kim in finance was great to deal with as well. We will definitely be returning to Brant Chrysler for future purchases.

Spencer was amazing he got me into a truck I wanted. Daily communication until I drove away and still called to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Highly recommen go see Spencer or any other staff.

Had a great experience purchasing our Jeep Compass Trailhawk. Karen was great doing the paperwork and financing, very efficient. Recently purchased a new Ram. This will be one of the most recent trucks of trucks that I either leased , rented but now own outright. Simply outstanding service! After an accident with my van, it was towed to Brantford Chrysler for repairs, and bodywork. Shop manager Doug made sure the job was done right, and ahead of promised schedule. I showed up to pick it up and it looked like the day I bought it! They even cleaned and vacuumed the entire interior.

I recently completed a warranty claim with Brantford Chrysler, that began with another dealership almost one year ago. Only through the efforts of Doug Hawley in the Collision Centre and his determination to get the customer serviced, was this finally put to rest. Thanks so much to Doug and his team for not only getting this claim to completion, but also the outstanding work that was done on my Wrangler. It looks better than the day it came off the showroom floor! It was done within the timeframe Doug said it would be. I would highly recommend this Body Shop to anyone requiring work on their vehicle.

Great experience from beginning to end. I had a wonderful experience and found a great car. My 2023 Jeep Compass North is amazing! Smooth ride, great sound system and love the sunroof. The experience I had with Brantford Chrysler Dodge Jeep was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. I started by sending in a question on their webchat. Within minutes I received a text back from Emma. It was after hours so I didn't expect an immediate response so that was pleasant surprise number one! Every question I had Emma was unbelievably responsive. She wasn't pushy at all, just super friendly, attentive, and patient. (I sent a lot of emails and texts!) Emma kept me up-to-date every step of the way throughout the journey - even when it was in the paint booth! When it came to the financing side of it Kim was a real pleasure to deal with as well. She too was responsive and answered every question I had and crunched the numbers on every scenario I could think of. Oh, and the truck, well, what a beautiful vehicle.
