Northway Ford

I placed an adv in auto trader to sell my pickup. Northway contacted me right away with a good number that got a little better as we negotiated. But I had a request. The deal was made on February 5 but I had to take a seniors drivers test on February 20. I’m still driving so we could move on the deal to trade. I was contacted by Ashley Farrington. We made a trade deal that I later changed and added a second vehicle to the situation.
Ashley is a mom.,it was Sunday morning, her day off, but by 3 pm the deal had been made for my SUV of choice. Ashley went out of her way to make this happen and I never left the comfort of my home.The deal was agreed to Monday am and my vehicle of choice arrived Tuesday at noon 125km from Northway ford
I took it for a fuel today some 20 km each way and found it had more options than were listed.
What a deal, what a dealer and what a sales and support staff. Ashly lead the complicated dealing with determination and confidence. She made me feel I was dealing with a well trained dedicated sales person

I purchased an (almost new) vehicle from Ashley. The entire process was very smooth, from the initial test drive until handing me over the keys. During this process, Ashley was very prompt on addressing all my concerns and even offered to come in on her days off to make the purchase more convenient for me. Northway Ford's 62 years of experience really shown while my Fiancé and I were shopping for my second car. Looking into the used car market and finding the right vehicle can be rough, but it was seamless with Ben, Mike, & Melina. Ben was able to help us confirm that this was the right vehicle for us. Mike broke down our options and explain them really well. We fully understood and felt comfortable during the entire duration of the sale. All staying late beyond closing to help us.

I made this review before but I feel I need to update it.

I was looking to purchase my first car, something newer that has the ability to be built into a sporty hatchback!

I arrived at the dealership desperate to see the 2018 Ford Focus Titanium I have been watching for weeks on the website, when Chad (one of the greatest salesmen around) came to my aid and I told him I was interested in the Focus.

Without hesitation he pulled the Focus out and allowed me to inspect the interior and exterior, to which I was in love with the car.

Chad made the purchasing process insanely easy, which I was under the impression that buying a car was a super long dreaded process, but it ended up being fun and filled with excitement!

A few months later, I started to add my modifications and cosmetics to the car to start the rally car project and used Northway Ford to install my black racing stripes. The service team were very friendly and I loved the outcome of my racing stripe. I can’t wait to get my Focus side decals next! I only had one issue with the installation in which I was told installation would cost me $140, but once I picked the car up I was told it would be around $500, but the amazing service receptionist was able to just charge the $140 I was originally quoted.

For everything I have experienced, Northway Ford has been amazing to work with and I’m hoping it remains the same way it has been if I ever receive the tragic DPS6 Transmission fault in the Focus (knock on wood)

Vehicles can be purchased from anywhere in the country. What makes the difference is not the vehicle or its cost, the difference comes from the genuine feeling we get from positive human interaction. From the moment I entered Northway Ford dealership, I was given a pleasant greeting from Chad that made me feel right at home. Chad patiently walked through the different features and options of the trucks, without any mention of price. He was focused on my needs. Once we had gone through all possible options, I found the truck that would perfectly suit my work thanks to his help. Finalizing the price went very smoothly, without any issues as I’ve experienced at other dealerships. I was dealing with a brother and not another salesman who wanted to close the sale ASAP. I picked up the truck just this morning, and Chad took it to the next level of customer experience. He made sure to answer all my questions. He showed me around the dealership and introduced me to everyone I would be dealing with in the future in parts and service. Chad set the standard for what great customer service looks like. My recent purchase at Northway was amazing, entirely due to Domenic Cappella. He is hands down the best sales guy they have. Product knowledge on all makes and models is off the charts. Most importantly he is 100% upfront and honest. He will go to bat for you when presenting offers and follows everything through until the keys are in your hand.

I recently purchased a 2010 Ford Mustang GT with the help of sale person Ashley Farrington.
Initially Ashley answered all of my questions about the history of the car through CarFax. She perked my interest enough to drive 1 1/2 hours to come and see and drive the car. After seeing it and driving it I made an offer which was accepted.
There were a few things that needed attention with the car which Ashley said she would take care of. She was always very prompt at returning text messages and phone calls pertaining to the car. I had prepared a list of items I wanted checked or fixed on the car and she made sure they were taken care of and then some. I’ve purchased many cars in my lifetime and I can honestly say she’s one of the very best sales persons I have ever worked with.
My 2010 Mustang GT looked like it had just come off the assembly line the day I picked up the car . I was very very pleased with what I saw and experienced with my drive home in the car of my dreams. Kudos to the service department who repaired or replaced items on the car and special thanks to the detailer for making the car look new again.
