While living in Hamilton we dealt with one of the dealerships there, but it didn't make sense to go there every time for a service or other needs since moving to Brantford. So far I've had a vehicle service, dealt with the parts department and most recently a vehicle purchase. I can happily say that all of them have been great service! I spoke to Hayden recently on our last vehicle inspection and spoke to him about moving up to an SUV and he took me through all the options from leasing, buying new and used vehicles. My experience at Brantford Honda was very positive. I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Logan, who is one of the sales reps there. He was respectful and helped ease some of the worries and concerns I had about buying a car. I would definitely recommend heading over to Brantford Honda if you are ever in the market for a vehicle. The team over there is a winning team and will look to ensure you are satisfied.

I had purchased a new to me truck through James Wright. This was a big purchase for me as I was paying cash and wanted to make sure I got something that would last me.

I had a few concerns about the truck when purchasing and had worked out a few deals with James before I had picked it up. Although not all requests were able to be made, it was nice to see James in my corner trying his best to come to agreements with the sales manager on what was necessary to fix/replace.

One of the biggest concerns was they had safetied the vehicle with about 4/30 seconds left of tread, they did replace the rear set of tires, however did not want to replace the front.

Currently working with James and the service team to fix a squealing brake issue, and they have been quite reasonable, if all goes well I will happily say I will be a returning customer to Brantford Honda for my next new vehicle purchase and I will be specifically seeking James’ assistance!
