I wanted to exchange a pair of earrings that I changed my mind on and the lady helping was incredibly kind and eager to help me. It was really nice to experience that good of customer service. She asked if I needed any jewelry cleaner, I didn't need any but I bought it solely because of the customer service I was receiving. I wish I remembered her name. She had two lip piercings. I really enjoyed my shopping experience there. Next time I'm looking for jewelry, I'll definitely look here first.

I have purchased earrings and received a ring as a gift from Paris jewellers. Each time I was treated with professionalism and genuine interest in what I was looking for. I needed to have my ring repaired due to a lost stone. The staff were great, listening to what I wanted and sent the ring in for repair. They contacted me on the date they said they would. I always feel like the staff cares and I’m very pleased with my purchases. I will shop there again.

I had a great experience. This was my son’s first time to look at jewelry and Ali at Woodgrove Mall was exceptional. He made my son very comfortable in his purchase. We had a great time and great day. Thank you Ali!!

Absolutely love the friendly staff here..there amazing and always make you feel welcome. I have been judged for my appearance due to my lack of makeup 💄 but I'm a chef I don't think of that stuff daily lol... anyway the staff made me feel as if I was a millionaire. I love my ring it was money well spent!! I definitely recommend this location for an amazing experience and staff knowledge.

I have to give a shout out to Rachel in the Woodgrove Mall, Nanaimo location. We went to countless jewelers and she was the only sales person that actually helped us. she understood that we are not very traditional, so she didn't waste our time with the traditional rings. She showed us all the unique rings they had to offer and was very patient with us as we asked her a million questions. Highly Recommend this store, and especially seeing Rachel!

I work at the same mall as where this location is. Every time I walk by the manager Ali( hopefully I said his name right) and also the sales associate Rechal would always wave and smile me, which makes me feel really welcomed.
Whenever I purchase jewelry from this store. Rachel and Ali would always give the best customer service! I highly recommend this location, and the people there are absolutely the assets of the company!:) ♥

Had a wonderful experience with a new trainee at the Woodgrove Mall location today with my hubby. I needed a new silver chain for a special pendent. Even though it wasn't a huge price tag the staff made us feel the importance in the value of the purchase experience. Also gave me an alternative to have the latch updated with a great jewelry repair shop in the mall.

Rachael and the asst. Manager were absolutely incredible and relatable. They made mine and my husbands shopping very enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, from the moment we left, provided formal and proper information about the chains they were showing and the one we bought. And joking around, it’s who we are as customers and we hope workers feed off it. And Rachael and asst.Manager definitely fed off our energy. Made buying our anniversary gift fun and very memorable.

Excellent first experience i had a different preferred dealer and after seeing firsthand the selection, quality, variety of pieces and what they do well, they do that really really well.
They had quite alot of nice inventory you dont have to look far, the selection is excellent. Customer care is above and beyond. Staff are super friendly and patient. The warranties and financing are VERY reasonable. And i would go so far as to say this is affordable high quality jewelery items. I could live there.

I will be coming here for most of my gold and silver from now on.

Ali the manager came out and addressed me instantly very very excellent customer service made sure to show me the value, the appropriate options in my budget. And also some alternatives for the future.

ALL of the staff was amazing so patient, both the girls helped me and my friend look at soo many things i could've easily spent another hour there so kind so helpful, im now the proud owner of a beautiful new silver bracelet. Next im getting another gold chain from them. Their products are top notch. If you want to make a relationship with a solid company i aak you please consider Paris. 5 stars all day more if I could. I definitely recommend this place one of the best local places. They can help you, no traveling or missing anything. You want something? They should be able to help you.

When I arrived at your store Brittney B, spoke with me immediately I enquired about an item I was looking for and she pulled out an order book and set me right up! I am so happy I went to your store. Because of the service Brittney B gave me, I will be back as a regular loyal customer and believe me I love gold and diamonds and can afford anything I want. You should give Brittney B a lot of kudos, it was specifically her warm welcome, knowledge, and over all an A+++ attitude that you just don't see in stores anymore.
