Was very impressed with the young man, Denny, that helped us find a pair of Nikes that they didn’t carry, online.
When we went back a few days later he remembered us and all the details regarding the situation.

Decided to try the "order on line" as the shoes I wanted were not in the local store. I noticed a little note on the website under my selection that said "fit tips, order a half size smaller". I was concerned, however followed the advice and sure enough when I got them they FIT PERFECTLY. Very happy with Foot Locker, will continue to order online as the selection is huge.

I've bought a lot of my shoes and clothes from this store and it's always been a good place to go to. the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I would also recommend the foot locker website, never been disappointed there either :)

The store is good. The staff at the store are great but The customer service when you call the foot locker company really sucks and the lady who was a manager was horrible to deal with. Will not ever buy anything ever again online with this company.

Bought a pair of Jordan 13s, now I didnt need alot of help with selecting them cause I know what I want but Layla (I think), was very helpful.
The shoes fit good alittle snug but I was happy to purchase...

I miss that Colin guy... hahaha. Nah the whole team is pretty impressive and it starts with the manager, Cole. Yeah the dude does not treat his subordinates very well, but the service to customers is top of the line.

This was my second visit to foot locker and it was another great experience! The gentlemen that work there are not only professional and curteous but very sweet and accomodating. Kudos to you guys! Keep up the great customer service!
