Was well taken care of from start to finish! Every single one of the staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable! Made the entire process easy and comfortable! My boyfriend and I walked away with 2 pairs of glasses for an extremely affordable price! Thank you Specsavers Woodgrove!

The optometrist identified a serious eye condition that my previous optometrist had ignored. The doctor immediately referred me to an eye surgeon and then went on to give me an extensive eye exam, clearly explaining his findings and ensuring that I understood his observations and recommendations. He and his wonderful staff are the best I've experienced. That seniors eye exams are free is just a bonus. Their glasses selection is excellent and very affordable. I recommend Specsavers Woodgrove every chance I get.

Dr. Normore was spectacular! My first visit at Specsavers since they took over from Image. It was a great experience overall. The tech has improved substantially. I think the glasses are more expensive than Image but it was a good experience.

I cannot say enough about the excellent service that I received from Rachel from the moment I entered the store to the time I left. Not only does SpecSavers offer amazing deals and frames Rachel was so helpful and honest about which frames really looked best on me. I was in and out in less than an hour and very satisfied that I got glasses and prescription sunglasses for an incredible price! Definitely check out this store if your shopping for new frames!!

Specsavers worked with myself and my elderly father!! They were knowledgeable about their products, they were efficient and kind!! Exam and glasses fitting and ordering all on the same day!! Glasses were ready in a bit more than a week!! I will go back!! Great value!! Great experience!! Great staff!! Awesome!!

Staff were incredible! So friendly and helpful. They made me feel so comfortable picking glasses and had great suggestions. I'm so happy with what I picked. Optometrist was very knowledgeable and professional, great to deal with. Appointment was smooth and all equipment was modern and clean. Definitely recommend!

So happy with the personal caring service that I bought three pairs!! The staff was great at offering suggestions I might not have considered and it was fun trying on looks outside my gimfirt zone. I even chose one of them. The glasses are all uniquely different yet fit my small sized face and are very flattering. Super happy and will return! Want others to get the cool look in glasses I got plus the amazing deal too! Hard yo beat Specsavers prices anywhere else!

Professional and friendly staff. Optometrist was knowledgeable and they had all.the right equipment in a clean and professional store. Enough frames for almost anyone and safety glasses to. Direct billing was easy. My only real complaint is the time frame to get my glasses back . But I understand that it takes time. All in all 5 star review for specsavers and there employees.

Had great service from Nicole! She helped both my dad and I. mlMy dad can be quite a handful, She showed great patience with him. We had to go back several times for minor adjustments and every time we received great service from Nicole!

I recently purchased a pair of glasses at Specsavers Woodgrove. The experience was great! The young ladies that worked with me were all knowledgeable, helpful and just delightful people to deal with! I was also impressed with all the latest eye testing equipment that they have in the store.

Expert optical care followed by excellent service, and good products at a reasonable price. Very happy with my new glasses. I will be back whenever I need prescription sunglasses, or prescription renewal. In the past I paid over twice as much for disappointing low quality frames from a high profile optical services store. So much better at Specsavers!

Had my eye exam and frames done here and with being a long time glasses wearer, this was one of my best experiences and best pricing. If you get a chance to go in, be sure to ask for Judy. She made me feel comfortable and helped pick out frames that fit nicely on me. Couldn't recommend her more. Definitely will be going back.

It’s my first time getting glasses in Canada and the service was amazing. The team was great in explaining the pricing to me and they also made me feel comfortable. It was an overall great experience considering they were busy at the time. ☺

Very easy appointment, everyone from technician to optometrist and staff who helped me pick out some new glasses made my visit easy and stress free. And the exam and 2 pairs of glasses cost the same as my old eye dr charges just for the exam! Super impressed :)

Our experience at Specsavers Woodgrove was top notch from the moment the appointment started. They were very busy but at no time were we pressured to hurry with any of our questions or decisions about the glasses we were getting. Everything was explained thoroughly and, if you are a senior, Specsavers is the only franchise that does not charge for the eye exam ($75.00). Eye exams are covered by the Government for seniors yet all the other places I called still charge for this exam… They alarm direct bill most insurance plans so nothing could be easier!

As a Senior, I would highly recommend you check out Specsavers if you need an eye exam or new glasses. ! The opticians I’d been seeing for some years now wanted to charge me $215.00 for an eye exam…at Specsavers, there was no charge for the exam at my age. I didn’t need new lenses as it happens but the staff were all very friendly and helpful so next time I do need new glasses and an eye exam, I won’t hesitate to use Specsavers. It is so refreshing to find a company that wants to ensure everyone, of every age, gets the care they need for their eyes, without being gauged on prices.

Was fast and professional service which I really appreciated since I didn't have a lot of time. Nicole helped me out and made a great suggestion and it was perfect and within my budget. Highly recommend these guys.
