Wow, extremely helpful and eager to fix your RV as soon as they can. Called them around lunch time on the 9th of April, explained we needed a new complete awning kit and that 2 other RV shops couldn't fix it for a week due to parts delivery. West Coast told me they can get the parts for the next day, and they did. I was up and running 24 hrs later with a bran-new awning professionally installed. (awnings are unique for each rig, and not stocked in the shops). Crew super friendly and knowledgeable, entire staff excellent !!!!! A++++++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

I can't thank John Punt, Bryan and the rest of the team enough! Me and my father have been using West Coast Motor Sport for all our Rv Part and major repair/Install needs over many years. John has helped me through restoring my Okanagan Truck camper, with just about every piece of trim, vent, light, plumbing, solar panel, electrical, caulking being replaced John has everything in store you'll need. When it came to the more complicated installs such as having a custom carefree rear awning installed, or installing a custom exterior propane hook up for a bbq or portable hot water heater, to replacing my Atwood heater valve they've made it happen every time! Absolute rockstars. Squeezed me in for a used pre-purchase Rv inspection, found all sorts of stuff I missed and gave a good honest estimate for all repairs. I showed up and had 3 guys looking all over the rig till after it got dark and time to close. Could ask for better service, fast, friendly, knowledgeable. 5star all day long.

John Punt at the West Coast Motor Sport was instrumental in helping us rebuild our 1973 Shamrock trailer.
They were great to work with and always gave us the best pricing that they could. He has honesty and integrity and I absolutely recommend them.

This is the only place I go for parts and service. They got me out of a jamb on a Sat when nobody else is open. Sold me a new manual jack and scissor lifts, and gave me a deal. Old school knowledge and service that I miss. These guys really care.

This place has hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. The owner John has helped me out of so many jams with our problem laden class C unit. The staff are always so friendly and helpful and willing to accommodate your needs and timelines as much as possible. I had previously had very poor customer service at several other RV places and happy to have found a place that breaks that mold!

Incredible service and personal connection. We were travelling though and had a break down. Even though they were busy beyond capacity, they found time to squeeze us in, and stayed late to finish the job. Evan was spectacular, but everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, and friendly. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Here’s a story for anyone interested in reading it. We are visiting the Parksville area from out of Province. Prior to our departure we were having trailer brake issues which were intermittent. I brought it to a trailer shop in my home province and was charged $350 to say there was nothing wrong with the trailer. I was told it was on the truck end. I went to two different dealerships including where I bought my truck and they both said there’s nothing wrong with the truck.

We got to Vancouver Island safely but lost trailer brakes again by Hope. I phoned an RV dealership who referred me to West Coast Motor Sports in Lantsville. Evan took my concerns very seriously and booked me in which was good of him especially considering the short notice.

Upon arrival Brian came out and spent some time diagnosing the issue and followed the brake wires and found that they were frayed as per the below pictures. He cut the wires, spliced them together and got me on my way in an hour. This place is great.

Upon returning home I will be going back to the original trailer shop and demanding a refund. If they had followed the wiring they would have found the issue.

Great support! We had a problem with the German heater on our expedition vehicle. John immediately inquired with the manufacturer about the delivery time of the replacement part and offered us his continued support. We were then able to fix the fault ourselves, nevertheless many thanks to John from Ute and Uwe

John and his team are second to none when it comes to customer service. They were incredibly flexible and responsive in getting me back on the road, despite crazy weather and parts needing to be shipped in.

John and his team provide the best customer service we have experienced, the quality of their work is impeccable, and their pricing is very fair.

Several years ago, when no one else would take on the cabin refit of our Eurovan, they not only took on a complex project but completed the work to the highest standards and on budget.

Now that we have moved on from the van to a travel trailer we trust no one else with the maintenance and repairs of our home on wheels. Just this morning I picked the trailer up from a pre-trip maintenance visit and was walked through the work in detail before being sent on my way, happy as always.

Best service ever, don’t even consider anywhere else. They truly care and are very conscientious about repairing your unit.
It’s a father and son operation, this is how they can manage to be as good as they are, with the undeniable work ethic they both have.
Also their invoices are very fair.
Another example of their caring attitude was they winterized anything in their yard that wasn’t already done at no charge. Who would do that!!!

Our vehicle ran out of gas and we had to stop right in front of West Coast Motor Sport - they were AMAZING and provided us with gas completely free of charge! We are so deeply touched by this act of kindness and are truly grateful.

My go-to RV store. Always super friendly and helpful. The only place that will go out of their way to help test parts before you spend money on a new one. Twice I have had either hot water heater or furnace boards that were suspect and they tested the old one before selling me a new one. They even gave me a sizeable discount on a new hot water heater board and turns out the furnace board was working fine, so after further cleaning contacts everything worked.
The store to the North just wanted to sell me a new one and the guys to the South were so unfriendly I walked out.

West Coast Motor Sports was recommended to me by one of the larger local campground operators a few years ago.
