Have bought and/or leased 15 Jeeps since 1998 from WCJ - with the service and sales team here are next level. If you are looking for after-market pimpage of your ride, Joe is your man - a true artist. Today, Jeff was on the service desk and employed his usual service excellence for my 2021 Jeep Glad and had me in, out and washed in 60 minutes…totally impressed! 💪

I arrived at my appointment time correctly. However I was a day early. My mistake. There was no way I was going to be able to get in the next day as I had meetings on my work calendar. Instead of sending me away the service advisor told me they could squeeze me in. Wow! This was great. My only concern was squeezing me in is usually code for ‘we’ll get you in at some point today.’ Nope I was driving away in about an hour and half - fully serviced and a washed vehicle. Great job and thanks Woodgrove Chrysler.

5 stars for sure! The service department never disappoints, they got my Jeep in quickly for an axle leak, next day. The service people are kind, polite and friendly. They try very hard to be the best in town. The cherry on top was driving my freshly washed Jeep off the lot. How awesome is that!! Although I live in a different town, I always go to Nanaimo Woodgrove Chrysler for service.

Tires and rims swapped.Minor scuffing on one rim.As soon as this was brought up Woodgrove immediately offered to replace my rim and gas needed to come back for the rim swap.Everyone makes mistakes.What matters is how you handle them. 10/10 would recommend using woodgrove chrysler for sales and service!

I've dealt with Jeff in Services a few times since purchasing a Ram from a different dealership. He was kind, responsive, and explicit in his recommendations. So much so, that I went BACK the following year for another service.

I just bought a 2024 jeep wrangler Sahara from Woodgrove Chrysler! I test drove a grand Cherokee because of their awesome 0% finance rate right now and liked it… but I just came from a 4xe wrangler and was having some wrangler blues. I was so impressed and relaxed with how they helped me out. I went to FOUR dealerships and by far these guys helped me out the most. I didn’t feel pressured to buy any vehicle which is really important for me because I have really bad anxiety. Out of the other three dealerships they gave me the best trade in value which was REALLY good by the way. Alex my salesman was literally the best. Super easy to talk to and really took into consideration all my wants and needs out of a vehicle. Ben was so helpful going over all the numbers and explain each one thoroughly and helping me understand everything about the finance end of things. I felt I was really taken care of here and in the future if I ever need or want a different wrangler I will 100% be coming back! 10/10 recommend this dealership!
