My car buying experience at Luminous went really well. Justin was super helpful in getting me ready and hitting the road. His professionalism and customer service really stood out to me. I'd totally recommend Justin and Luminous to friends looking to buy a car.

My wife and I were in the market to buy a new dodge grand caravan. We found this place and talked with Justin, we ended up coming in to look at a vehicle. He took us for a test drive and everything was perfect! We ended up buying at another place but would definitely recommend the customer service at this dealership. Would recommend for sure!! A++

Finalizing the purchase of a 2013 nissan altima coupe tomorrow, January 23rd.

Luis has been clear and transparent with all the details pertaining to the vehicle. Gave me time to inspect it and test drive with my family member. And after a concern was raised he even tested it with myself in the passenger seat. Before final delivery, he agreed to check over a few concerns related to the battery, shaky steering wheel when going 100km/h+, front bumper, and headlight on the passenger side with the dealership’s mechanic. There is some fogging/condensation in the headlight that may be related to the minor damage on the bumper (plastic) but the fender (metal) looks in excellent condition thankfully.

As well, the negotiation process was fair with privacy and time given to discuss alone. We came to an agreed price which was very generous that included an extended warranty to ease concerns of a car with 112,000km.

I recommend Luminous as everything has been professional and straightforward thus far.

Final price was exactly as negotiated (no last minute surprises.) Jason was professional and polite. Insurance process was also quick, efficient, professional & polite. I love my new car! Incredible customer service.

Peter helped me with a very well maintained Mazda 3 at an extremely competitive price. He was friendly, honest and provided me with as much information as possible, including all the work which had been done to the car after arriving at the dealership. Finding such a great deal I immediately paid a deposit so he could hold it for me.

Unfortunately, within a couple of hours I found out I was getting a work vehicle so I no longer needed the car. After a follow up email, Peter replied to me after hours and told me I could come in for a refund the next day. He was no obligated to do so but clearly understands the value of happy customers.

I will definitely be returning when I do need to buy car and I look forward to dealing with Peter again.

I bought a used Audi TT a car I've loved since they first came out but couldn't afford. The one I got is low km and in mint shape. As close to new as you can get. Ben, was very nice to deal with. No hassle negotiating and no pressure. A change from most car buying experiences. I highly recommend this dealership. Eric. And you gotta check out Ben's beard. Lol 😆

Currently it is a tough time to get a good deal on a car. Peter helped my boyfriend and I purchase a Honda. He was super nice, honest, trustworthy, knowledgable and accommodating. He was quick with responses, provided all documentation, and it was a quick stress free process as they have an in house insurance team. If you are looking for a safe, reliable, priced fairly, pre-owned vehicle this is the place to go!

recommend this dealership! Admittedly, I am a new immigrant , so i have no ideas about the procedure for buying a car. I was really into the 2010 Toyota Camry but i could not buy it with finance plan due to my weak credit. Fortunately, Jason, the dealer helped me to find another car which suitable for my afford and helped to dealed with the bank for finance approval . Also, the car was clean in and out, free accidents not like a typical used car dealership (No glossy/greasy shine all over the dash and seats, and no potent air fresheners to cover up bad history). Jason gave me as much time as I needed and then took his time to talk to me about the vehicle including all documented history. I thought about and then made a deal over text message the next few days.At the deal date the vehicle was ready, the paperwork was ready and they even had an insurance agent there for me to transfer insurance to my new car. The entire process of purchasing the vehicle, transferring insurance, and delivering the vehicle to me took about 30min...which I really appreciate. Jason also helped to find the back up camera installation service.
I will find him to buy the second car if i can afford in future

Admittedly, I was a little hesitant because it was a smaller, private, new dealership in Langley, but Jason (sales person) was very prompt and honest, so I came out from Chilliwack to look at the vehicle. I test drove and scoured the car for reasons not to buy it. Jason pointed out any imperfections, which were all very minor (I actually expected more dents and scratches on an 8 year old vehicle). Also, the car was clean in a "high-end, certified, pre-owned" way...not like a typical used car dealership (No glossy/greasy shine all over the dash and seats, and no potent air fresheners to cover up bad history). Jason gave me as much time as I needed and then took his time to talk to me about the vehicle; including all documented history. I left (to think about it) and then made a deal over text message the next day. When I showed up the following day, the vehicle was ready, the paperwork was ready and they even had an insurance agent there for me to transfer insurance to my new car. The entire process of purchasing the vehicle, transferring insurance, and delivering the vehicle to me took about 30min...which I really appreciate. Oh ya...one of my wheels had curb rash and they fixed it like new as part of the deal! I'm very happy and it's very clear the owner (Ji) and his team are doing things right. This was an excellent experience and I will buy there again.

Excellent customer service, Ben made the purchase of my new truck easy exceeding my expectations. Picking me up at the ferry terminal , filled the fuel tank of the truck. Honest and no pressure to purchase.
