Love shopping here but only for certain things. I tend to stay clear of the shelved products as sometimes the cost can be a wee bit more although they do have "SpeciaIty" & "Ethnic" goods! I
always buy my meat from here or Ferraro Foods in Trail as they are the same products & are usually of near perfect & beautiful quality! Not to mention if you want something specific or special they will usually accommodate & help you get what you need!

Great local market. Friendly staff. Pretty good selection, they manage to pack a lot in but it doesn't feel cramped. Bakery and produce sections are really good. One extra star for a store that offers cookies! Located in downtown Castlegar. Easy to find and lots of parking!

Great produce and one of the only stores with full service meat counter. Amazing selection and prices. Consistently awesome:)...over the years. Every.single.time!! Without fail.

I love this local grocery store. They have everything I need and they also carry the organic glass jar dairy that is pretty much the only stuff I consume, and they take bottle returns from the dairy so basically bring back your milk bottles for 2$ off groceries (or like 20$ if you're like me)

Great grocery store with respectable prices and awesome staff. Best cuts of meat in town. Always fresh produce. Really good gluten free and alternative section. Stocked and faced nicely every time. I make a point, even when it's out of my way, to visit here when I am in Castlegar for groceries.

Best grocery store in Castlegar. Good organic selection lots of gluten free options and lots of fancy foods to try. They have alot of local food too!

Love this place. They carry a lot of local premade food from lots of my favorite restaurants and small food distributors.
They always have the best yogurt on sale too.

Only place in Castlegar to buy meat. The butchers are very helpful, also. For vegetarian and vegan customers, they carry a great variety of products.

This unique supermarket/bakery-deli/liquor store is beside the highway into Castlegar, across from an old, old moutainside . For me, it's a two-pitch busking gem of a strip mall. For you, it's a trio of shops for vittles, treats, and spirits on the main drag through town. Just beyond the commercial pastiche, the scenery is so spectacular that I actually enjoy the slow days.

Super selection! Meat and vegetable departments are excellent, the staff is friendly and efficient. A very clean store!
