Canadian Tire - Castlegar is a good place to buy a appliances, tools, tables, all you need is here at reasonable prices. The staff are nice and knowlegeable. Very organized shopping experience.

Wow! This is so much more than a tire store. I had no idea Kitchen Aide made so many different colors of mixers! The place is massive. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, considering the size of the store, you may need some direction the first time you go. Prices are reasonable! Great place to find everything!!

I travelled to pick up a pig that was butchered and I was sent from my work. I showed up to Canadian tire looking for coolers and had a lovely young gentleman and an extremely sweet lady help me with this situation I was in. They offered advice and were so kind to me in assisting me and trying to ensure I could return, or come back, or what not, and offered advice.
This was so kind of them to help a solo girl out from out of town. You guys rock. I'll always remember Castlegar for the sweet employees at Canadian tire!

A large variety of items, plenty of stock, great sales on items at prices you wouldn't imagine. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff members. Store was very clean, felt new. And the store was not too crowded or full, it was easy to navigate.

Always my first choice when I need something. I lucked out and found the jack I needed on sale. Staff were friendly and helpful.

After a bad experience a year ago where inventory online did not match what was in the store and staff knew about the error and has not corrected the error….. I have revised my rating of this store. I have had only very positive experiences for the past year and have not noticed an inventory issue again. I think the store must have improved their systems and ensured that staff are properly trained. Thank you for providing Castlegar with an excellent store!!

Amazed with customer service at this location. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. I had purchased a rear cargo rack from another store and the hitch adapter broke enroute (we likely had too much weight on it). The service department welded the hitch so that It was better than new. While I offered to pay for the job, they refused my offer. Being as this was my first time as a customer at this store, my expectations were exceeded and I left very happy.

Canadian tyre is good place for shopping but prices are bit higher than other store available in trail. So please while purchasing any item being a good buyer always check price and quantity wise.

Great experience at this store. Walked in and was greeted by the manager. He asked if he could help me or if someone could assist me. I was looking for luggage that was on sale so he sent someone over to assist me. An employee met me at the luggage section and took down the luggage I needed as it was located on the top shelf. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Go here often and have never had an issue.

The auto service section of this CT is the bom. Com. You got an Issue they will get to the bottom of it. I was so frustrated by my dodge and the dealer wouldn't do anything... No codes! Sharon at the counter and Steve in the back are made of solid gold. Never get rid of these people! In fact give them a raise. They'll have me coming back just to say hi 😊 ❤
