Chipman Hill Suites - Pratt House

Flawless experience. Perfectly situated for access to everything downtown. The greeting by the front office staff member was very welcoming. The room was very clean and one of the most tasteful rooms we have ever stayed in. Attention to detail is the best we have seen with these rooms. Everything you need, tastefully decorated and a remarkable historic building with a charming character. Chipman Hill suites made us feel at home and we relaxed and enjoyed the first City in North America.

Was very pleasantly surprised to find the level of comfort and fine appointments. From linens, to bed, feather pillows, one of the most luxurious nights of sleep every! Great value!

Stayed here for 7 weeks whole working at the hospital as a travel nurse, it was so very comfy!

My first time visiting Saint John and Chipman Hill Syndey Street really captured the feeling! I'm so grateful for the amazing experience to stay in this remarkable suite.

We are staying here until Sunday but I can state that this place is spectacular. I should mention that if you have difficulty climbing stairs you should book on the ground floor.

Good place lots of bars around

Great location, close to so many things you wanna do in St. Johns. Room is good for price only issue, is the walls must be super thin, cause we hear the room beside us all night moaning and stuff like that lol so much throughout the one night we stayed there it kept us up, so be warned people will hear you doing you know

I had booked their Executive suite for a week-long stay but checked out after the first night.

While the suites are in an excellent location, the room I got was just not good. It was stuffy, with a poor view of a parking lot, and had really old, scratched-up furniture. Basically, it was nothing like the images shown on their website.

My booking was updated last minute, and I'm not sure why. It felt like they were fully booked and ended up giving me a room that was listed for their monthly rental on Facebook.

While their front desk and customer service staff are excellent, I wouldn't say the same about their manager.

This location is not one of their better options.
Don’t recommend.
