Leon's Furniture Saint John

Peggy greeted me as I walked through the door with a warm and friendly smile. There was no pressure from her and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the stock and info about the furniture i was looking at. It was a great overall experience. Also, the guys in the back warehouse for pickup were really friendly and loaded everything on my truck quickly and told me to have a great day. You don’t hear that often enough.

We’re very pleased with the service provided by Leons, when our LG refrigerator/freezer died suddenly. Thank you for providing a replacement unit as quickly as you could.

Great to work with. I just called the day of the big sale, knowing what I wanted. The sales lady informed the sale price and since I wasn't able to go in that day because I was working, they let me e-transfer the payment, then set up delivery for the following morning ! Delivery dudes were also great, showed up when they said they would, and were able to install the fireplace into the tv stand for me. Thanks Leons!

Our salesperson (extraordinaire!) Sam in Saint John gave me the best customer service I have ever received. I just purchased a home and needed appliances to fill it up. He was so valuable in walking me through my choices based on my needs. Basically, I asked him to hold my hand throughout the process and his expertise, kindness and honesty is what made the decision to go through Leon’s rather than two others I received prices from. Great service, great prices and a great salesperson made my decision easy. I definitely recommend both Sam and Leon’s.

We were greeted upon entry to the store and directed to where we wanted to look. The salesperson gave us our time to browse and then came back to check on us. She at no time was pushy and answered all the questions we had. We were very pleased that all items we bought were in stock and delivered the next day by two men who were polite and very efficient at their job. Will gladly shop at the Saint John location again

We arrived at Leon's just before closing and Jennifer kindly asked if she could help us. We told her we were looking for a reclining love seat and she showed us many different ones, which was very nice considering they were about to close. We purchased the last one Jennifer showed us. I really appreciate the time she took to find us what we wanted. Great customer service!!! Thank you 😊

Great buy on a leather sectional, our sales person Derrick Good was exceptionally attentive . Gave us many options to make our purchase easier . We went in with the interest of a flyer item but left much happier with a slightly different floor model of our choice. No pressure; very professional and left feeling confident that we made the right decision! Thanks

I was looking for a small table and chairs , looking only. But, I was approached by a sales lady who was so nice and so helpful that I bought one of the units she was showing me. She was so helpful her ideas helped me make my decision. Not to mention the item was on sale for a great price. I bought the floor model which they wrapped for me and got the whole thing home without a mark on it. Great service and Great Price.

We stopped in your Saint John store to price out a new kitchen range. Murray was wonderful, he had answers to all of our questions, he knew the products well and was able to describe the different features of the ranges we were interested in. We left to go check out a few other stores and we didn't get a good feeling from the other places like we did with Murray. So back we went to Leon's and made our purchase. Murray is definitely an asset to your business. Two thumbs up 👍 👍

Great service! Beautiful products, they had the best selection and the best prices in comparison to the other furniture stores! We cant wait for our new sectional couch!

Wow, this place is Nice.

The moment you walk (even before someone assist you) you can feel the premium service you will get from them.
The quality of products is top notch, I would say you can't go wrong with what you buy from them,if you are ready to spend the money.

We could not find what were looking since it was a Very Specific item but Leon's will be our go to place if we buy furniture.

Pricing: They can work on the pricing a little bit ( tiny bit) ( But from what I saw that tiny bit could be negligible for the service)

Service: The staff is very friendly, polite and there to help. They just give you some time to explore and come back to help us in the purchase.

Very very Big for a small city like saint John.

My wife and I went into Leon’s to look for a cabinet for our foyer. We found one that we liked but it had a couple of dents on it.
We approached a sales assistant, and asked if there was a discount due to the dents. We felt like she was very quick to tell us there was no discount and did not offer to check with a manager or supervisor.
Feeling a little frustrated we began to leave but then decided to speak to another sales assistant.
A gentleman by the name of Alex was very helpful. We ask the same question and he said that they could do something for us. We were satisfied with his offer to reduce the price by $60 and we went ahead with the sale.
As we were finalizing things we saw a sofa set that we really liked and Alex was very helpful in giving us details and offered the promotions that were in place.
After all that was said and done, we bought the cabinet and the sofa set. We left feeling good about the purchase that we had made, thanks to great customer service.

I was very pleased with my experience with Leon’s. The showroom sales person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered any questions I had and helped me find the best fit and payment plan for me, and pointed me towards the best deals. The delivery was also great, the drivers put care into handling and setting up my couches. I will certainly be dealing with Leon’s on my future furniture and appliance purchases.

Troy was my salesperson. He was fantastic. Knowledgeable, patient, really knew his stuff. Really went the extra mile to make sure I ended up with all the specifics I wanted in my new appliances and in the price range I wanted. He kept me on track as he pointed out the comparisons of each appliance until I knew exactly which ones would best suit me and my home. Thanks again Troy for your time, expertise and good natured way of being!!

( boy is she nice!) she took her time and help me pick out just what I needed!

The item I was after was sold out but the manager who was very helpful and pleasant set me up with a similar model.
The 2 gentleman who did the delivery were very accommodating, delightful and helped arrange the new and preexisting product.

Service was amazing, ready to assist us as soon as we entered the establishment. Respectful to there co workers, when we returned to make a purchase, seeking the person we had initially delt with. Service provider was knowledgeable and not pushy. Delivery of purchase was very efficient and timely. Giving call prior to delivery. Service with a smile. Would recommend Leon’s.

Salesman Kevin was very accommodating friendly and courteous. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for without any pressure to buy. Delivery was excellent. Good job all the way round.
