The staff in the bakery were very helpful and had a great attitude. Offered assistance as soon as we entered the bakery area.

Great service and lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

This is a great location. Clean and spacious. They have a great selection of natural foods, organics and non gmo's. Some products that I can't find at other stores. Friendly and helpful staff.

Gigantic store with a wide selection. Nice clean modern look and a different layout. Nice and colorful. Decent amount of parking. Too bad it's not open 24 hours but not many places are in Saint John. Nice view from the top. Handy to other stores as well, including Costco.

New, modern, clean Sobeys Extra store @ Eastpoint. Some might not like the location due to no longer being attached directly to a shopping mall. I would like to see this store open 24 hours, currently closes at 11 pm nightly. Prices are very high these days at Sobeys. Good pharmacy in store.

First time here; store nicely presented and well stocked. What struck me most though was the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of all three members staff I had contact with. Makes me want to shop here more often!

I want to thank Robyn, she really went the extra mile when I had to run home and get my bank card. Not only did she save my order for me she put my meat in the refrigerator until I returned. She actually offered to buy my groceries and I to pay her back. I appreciate you Robyn, many thanks, Leah

This place is huge. And so confusing. Went for bread and ended up in a pharmacy. Zero logic to the layout. But it doesn't even matter because the food is fresh, amazing selection and a lovely staff of friendly and helpful people.

The classiest Sobeys I've ever been inside of.
The staff is very friendly and the checkouts are very fast. Not typically crowded, and the layout is great for getting your shopping done in a proper order (depending on what order you shop in).
There's pictures of Jamie Oliver everywhere, so that's cool if you're into that sort of thing.
As soon as you walk in, it looks nothing like a typical Sobeys, more like some sort of high-end market until you get out of the produce, cheese and butchery section.
The prices are reasonable, probably about the same as every other Sobeys, despite it being much nicer.
The bathrooms are very clean and in a convenient location next to the checkouts.
The liquor store being next door is handy too, there's a pet store nearby as well, but there's actually a great little pet section in Sobeys that sells nice quality holistic food, litter, toys, etc. There's always something on sale for your pets too.
The hot, ready-to-eat food is great and the drink selection directly across from it has a great variety and some new, oddball drinks I've never seen before.
The only thing I haven't noticed is whether they serve coffee or not, but they have the cold, bottled coffee with the rest of the drinks if you're really craving done caffeine. (I don't care what you think, those Starbucks coffee things are a godsend)
Great place to shop, it's a little more expensive than Superstore, but it's a far nicer experience, especially compared to the Superstore on Rothesay Avenue.
Highly recommended.

Great place to shop once you get familiar with the floor plan staff always courteous store is very clean,have shoped at sobyes for as long as they have been in business they have been a provider of local food long before it became popular ,the one thing that is going to change is there opting out of the air miles program that is too bad,something we looked forward to at Xmas,we may be shopping somewhere else

Always great service and super clean and if your sensitive to lights or sounds they do shopping hours from 6pm to 8pm Sundays for people with needs, seniors, or anyone who'd rather go when it's a little slower going !

Best Sobeys in New Brunswick. Product quality and selection is great. Clean very clean; Employees are always cleaning. Staff is top notch, friendly and have a willingness to serve. Like all Sobeys stores when the front end is busy and getting lined up they open more lanes; they stop working in other departments and help out up front. Unlike other stores they understand when customers are done shopping they want to leave; this does not go unnoticed and has a big impact on why I shop Sobeys. Customer service is everything and they do it extremely well. Did I mention cleanliness....

Great experience today. Had everything I wanted. Wasnt too busy. Very clean. No problems getting a small cart. Didnt have to wait in line. Happy visit!

I love shopping at night I was there at 7:45. No looking for parking or shopping carts and easy access to all the isle no rush shopping Loved it!!

I entered this store at 2pm today. I was wearing my Scottish kilt and walking stick and got checked out by an employee working the cash register.

I went about my regular shopping and made sure to add some extra large rubbers to my cart to prove my worth to her.

As I was going through her till I greeted her with small talk and ever so slightly placed my rubbers on the belt stating how embarrassing it was to display them in front of her.

Right at the end of the transaction, I made my move and suggested that I escort her to Starbucks for a cappucino. She confessed that she had a boyfriend and I backed off as a gentleman does.

Another loss in the dating department for Michael today but the store was clean and prices were fair. I will just have these johnnies sit in the cupboard with my others for the time being *sigh*

Little deli food counter is one of the best restaurants in this end of Saint John, the Asian food is made right in front of you. So good! Free wifi and clean. Great international food section.
