Costco Wholesale

I must compliment Sara a supervisor who helped my husband and I out today from a tough situation. We are seniors who budgeted our trip to Costco today when we got to the till our card showed renewal of $120.00 of which I was aware but had received a email day before saying I could extend it for 90 days for free. We didn’t have the $120.00 and we’re going to have put back some of our stuff in order to pay the $120.00. The embarrassment of having to do this along with not getting all that we needed was upsetting to say the least.

I showed them the email I had received and Sara told cashier to continue putting it through and would be right back. They made an exception and deleted the $120.00 off and Sara ran our order through at another cash and thanked us for bringing this scam to their attention.

Sara made our day so much better from what could’ve been a horrible experience and extremely embarrassing into something where we were able to leave the store with what we needed and will certainly renew our membership next time we’re in the store.

I thank them for their professionalism and for making a bad situation much better, but also educated us to be aware of Internet scams of which there are many. I don’t know how they knew our card was expired, but somebody did and the email looked very professional. Thank you very much again to Costco and Sara.

Melanie is a superstar at the cash! She is always bubbly, friendly, and super fast! My partner and I always go to her line regardless of how long it may be; she is worth the wait!

Bought a tuxedo cake Saturday. Me and my wife had a piece Monday. We both puked our guts out for a day. The container was not sealed properly. And we believe this lead to bectari poison. Worst experience ever !!!. 😪

What is not to love about Costco? It offers great deals on many things. The food court is back for dine-in after a long 2 years with the impact from pandemic.

It also offers mobiles service, glasses, pharmacy, and tire centre. Only lacking of a gas station!!

What else can you say about cost Co, the free samples are back in full force. You can go hungry, shop and leave full. Not to mention the cheap restaurant there you can get a huge hot dog and pop for $2
Or slice of pizza for$3.great place!

Very friendly staffs. Experience is much different than in Toronto. So empty. No lineups. Loved it.

Update: Been shopping here almost a year now and their customer service is just amazing. 5 stars without a shadow of doubt.

Sometimes they pack your cart really good and take care to not squash anything. Other times they don't give a damn.

This place flows well, staff is helpful.
I enjoy the quality and pricing of the kirkland products.

Lots of parking space, your have access to various products at good rates. Meals hear come at a good rate, and you have the convenience to eat in or take out.

I find that excellent store in this town. 👌 You can have all groceries in one place.

Not as busy as the Halifax one which is nice. Big store with great staff. Parking isn’t as much of a nightmare like other stores.

I should warn you about going to Costco when you have the Munchies...great deals on HUGE COSTCO SIZE MUNCHIES

Cheap good quality and everything you would ask for the best.

Never have an issue ordering online with Costco. During pandemic it became too easy and I still have continued. I also believe in shopping local however with price of everything now I monitor their site and grab in bulk. Turn around has always been good and if any issues they have great to follow up .

I love Costco. I have a family of five, and as we all know, buying in bulk saves money. They have fantastic deals on everyday items and special purchases. The staff is absolutely amazing at the Saint John location, and I always enjoy my shopping experience there no matter how busy they are. Always huge smiles. They have everything you could want or need from televisions to pool side fare, and don't forget the incredible snacks! The propane is priced so well that it doesn't make sense to get it anywhere else. The return policy can not be matched. Fantastic customer service desk staff. Always friendly and helpful. If you have never been, I highly recommend you give it a try!!

Love shopping at Costco. Tons of variety for good prices. They have a good selection of seasonal items, clothing and home goods. Be prepared that most things come in quite a large quantity, and it may not be the best place to shop for a single person. It’s a great place to purchase medications and toiletries at phenomenal prices. Recently, they have expanded the amount of meat they carry and also increased the beverage options. They also have a good sized bakery that sells homemade items that change seasonally. One of my favourite places to shop!

Well laid out store, even when the store is jammed with shoppers it never feels busy. Nice and bright too. Jan 2 2024, busy but everyone was super friendly!

I went for the amazing Polish Sausages on a bun for $1.50...I stayed for the incredible deals and the delicious samples that were being given out. I will absolutely be returning!
