Chipman Hill Suites - Union St.

We were in town for a large (40+) family reunion. The whole Chipman Hill gang was very helpful in getting the whole clan into a single property, and the overflow into a nearby property. Short (10 minute) walk between each place let us all be together. Everyone enjoyed the common areas, the homey feel, the excellent service, extra amenities (help with tours and sightseeing and catering) and location. We walked to meals several times, and enjoyed downtown St John! Every question we had was answered swiftly, any room changes or adjustments were always easily done. Did not hear one complaint about the rooms from any family member - except when they forgot their hat and had to climb the stairs again!
It is a restored Victorian house, so there are some size restrictions you would expect of a house that age. But there are also some lovely benefits to that as well - stained glass, sun rooms, sleigh beds, high ceilings. Would 10/10 stay here again!

This is a very cozy place. Very good location and with spacious rooms. Including a complete kitchen in the room you can enjoy the city and at same time have your own way of cooking if you prefer. All main places of the city center are in a walking distance from the hotel.

Margaret Donaldson ⭐ (inn keeper) is delightful, She was always quick to respond with any questions and concerns. The suite itself is cute and cozy with lots of character and history. The yard was mowed with access to a BBQ. As well as location is great since you're situated in the center of the city. Definitely would recommend. 🌟 Thanks for all your help Margaret.

Brilliant room with kitchenette, living area, nice bathroom. Very clean, very quiet, excellent communication. Recommend highly - particularly for an extended stay.

Rooms are stunning, very clean, beds are amazingly comfortable and staff are super helpful.
