The man knows what he's doing for sure and the Great staff makes a big difference. I have very sensitive teeth and gums. These guys/gals are more then careful and do everything they can to minimize any pain that may pop up. They actually listen to my concerns and fears.. I felt they took it in and were genuinely interested and acted on the info i gave. Great work. I don't know what this city will do if craft retires. He direct bills most the charge as well which is not done at other places. This makes a world of difference when planning tooth removal and care.

Today I had my wisdom tooth pulled (37 weeks pregnant) and so I couldn’t have the sleeping medicine. They assured me they would take good care of me and hopefully the freezing would work! It worked better than I expected and I didn’t feel a thing. The Nurse Anna was very sweet and Dr. Craft was amazing and made the process so simple and quick. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience today. Very happy ☺

Dr craft is amazing. I called and spoke with the secretary she was super friendly and polite and i was booked for a wisdom extractions the very next day. The staff were very informative about my after care and answered any questions I had. I am so grateful for all dr. Craft and his team has done for me.

I originally wrote this review in September 2023, im updating it april 2024. My insurance covered EVERY penny and when i spoke to the receptionist on two occasions she also ensured i was covered. BUT in December of 2023 i received a voicemail saying i owe almost $400. So i contacted my insurance company to which they let me know that this office billed the full amount AND IT WAS COVERED. Other then this office being money hungry, i still stand by my original review below.

10/10 recommend. Im absolutely petrified of dentists. I had ALL wisdom teeth removed September 6th 2023. The dr himself is kind and understanding as well as his team. Do not watch videos on YouTube or tik tok of wisdom teeth removal as it is quite literally a lie. I woke up, was able to walk and i didnt speak or act crazy.

I have been going to Dr Craft for over 30 years and have never had a bad appointment with the Dr. Or his staff. I had an emergency appointment 2 weeks ago and they got me in for dental surgery already. Secretary was amazing getting me in so soon. The nurse was also amazing. I have always felt safe knowing Dr Craft was working on me. He may not be warm and fuzzy but, he knows his business 😬😬

Had an amazing experience with my wisdom teeth removal at this office. The nurse was incredibly kind and thorough and the procedure went perfectly. All staff are very kind and helpful. I was nervous going in but the atmosphere and staff made me feel comfortable and safe through the whole procedure. Will recommend this office to anyone!

I had a previous bad experience with a different dentist as a teenager and I was left traumatized. Dr. Craft finished the job they couldn't and he put me to sleep for the removals because I was so scared. When I went home I felt zero pain, I'm not even exaggerating. I was so shocked.
This time around I needed my wisdom teeth taken out. Of course I had a great experience last time so I chose to come back. I was holding back tears from my nerves and the 2 assistants working with him were so sweet and tried everything to comfort and reassure me everything will be fine. Craft was straight forward but also calm. I felt as if I were in good hands and was right. He wasn't even upset I ripped the iv out🙃 I hope I never need another tooth pulled for a long time but if I do, he will be my first choice.

Had a fantastic experience with Dr Craft. Upon entering the building, I felt confident all the staff were following covid regulations, the secretaries were lovely and kind. The woman who ran my x-ray was extremely sweet and cared about my comfort! As was the nurse who attended me and ran through all the steps, from the surgery to after care. Dr Craft himself was thorough, kind and I felt myself to be in safe hands. Was put under, and woke up gently to no pain. Was brought to another room to slowly get my bearings, and was helped out to the waiting room. I should say I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out, two of which were impacted. And this is hours later and I am still feeling awesome because of the great pain management advice I was given. I feel this experience went above and beyond, but for them is just another day at work. I am so happy.. thank you so much to everyone who works at Dr Craft's office. You turned a scary experience I had been dreading, to a lovely day at the dentist's !! 10/10 !! Thank you!!!!

Dr Craft is very professional and kind. I knew he was excellent as my Dentist whom I put great trust in, recommended him to me. However, the true gems of this place are his team. They are kind, and take great care in your comfort. I was nervous and worried, they put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Dr Craft and his team for any oral surgery.

Amazing dentist. DoctorS AT THE HOSPITALS miss and brused my arms with IV needles. Not doctor craft he amazing you dont feel the pain from the IV. He gental and kind and i HIGHLY RECOMMAND DC CRAFT!! :)

I had my wisdom teeth removed and everyone was so friendly and kind. The dental assistants were fantastic and Dr. Craft was amazing. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been to Dr craft on 3 occasions now. I’ve never had complications or surprisingly much pain. The man has an old school no nonsense approach that I can appreciate but it may put some people off. I found his staff to be excellent and very helpful.

Dr. Craft and his team was great. I had two wisdom teeth removed and I was in and out within an hour. Even after waking up his team was great handling my none sense from the sedatives. I would definitely recommend Dr. Craft to others.

I've been to Dr Craft twice first to have my upper teeth removed then just recently my bottom teeth. He was kind and gentle and the staff was absolutely amazing. I would recommend Dr Craft to anyone!!!

I have been to Dr. Craft several times with the latest being April 9, 2014 and I have found the staff to be very friendly and concerned and Dr. Craft does a great job with dealing with whatever problem I happen to be having at the time. I highly recommend him to any one looking for a good oral surgeon.

Doctor craft is awesome i must say i barely seen him but the girl that was setting me up was amazing she explained all the after care and she encouraged me since she noticed i was very nervous and when mister craft walked in he asked if i had any question and explained to me the important details i needed to know and before i knew it i was out like a light and woke up and i was good to go!! Im scared of dentist i dont like em at all but them they are A+ i recomend them !!!!!

By far the most efficient and effective dentist I have been to throughout my life.(NB. to BC.)
No fooling around and understands his patients time IS ALSO VALUABLE.

Went in for Wisdom teeth removal. Staff kept me very well informed before and after operation. No problems arose after surgery.
